I was really pleasantly surprised. When I heard best Western, I pictured a long motel, all room doors opening to the road, family run. When I arrived it was multi storey, well maintained, halls and entry ways so your doors open to a hallway. Might be family run, not sure, doesn't matter. The room had a queen and a single, and it was spacious, with a balcony looking out onto the greenery. The restaurant was also really good, busy, food was really well made and presented. Lovely to see a motel restaurant that didn't feel like a motel had great servers, modern, good menu items. Tiny issues, but not deciding factors. No exhaust fan in bathroom, which I expected as a basic, the blanket on the Queen bed had someone's snot on the label (so just needs a wash, wasn't a stain, was soft and would come out if it had been laundered), the screen door on the balcony the mesh was out of the frame on the side bottom, no screen on the window, and someone had spray painted something on the balcony floor and left the outline. Went to use a drawer beside the bed, had hairs and bits in it, so reconsidered. All little things that can be fixed, but a fan in the bathroom really needs to happen. Would definitely stay there again, or just go for the restaurant.

Absolutely loved the stay. As soon as we arrived Layla and Rachel were amazing. They checked us in and gave us great tips. The room was sensational with a spa (unexpected bonus). The pool was great. Gym was fine for a hotel. The hotel was spotless. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Nice and close to shops and pubs etc all within walking distance. Had room service and the brisket wrap was 10/10

We would definitely stay here again. This place was awesome. We had an undercover park out the back and from the carpark to our room on the third floor, there wasn't the slightest step. The lift was very fast, no waiting at all. The rooms were really nice and beds so comfy. We had quite a large tv. The staff were friendly and the room was really clean. I don't have an electric car but I thought it was great that they had six parks undercover for evs with two of the six chargers being Tesla chargers.

Recently stayed for two nights over Christmas whilst visiting family. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Really nice view from our room of the trees and pool. Pool was really nice for a little dip as well. Didn't try the restaurant at all. But it was constantly busy throughout our stay. Staff were friendly upon arrival and departure.

We stayed for only 1 night, we take our baby to john hunter hospital- 6 hours away from home. So we are always looking for a safe place to stay with 2 children. We have previously stayed at other hotels and they were horrible and not safe. .... This place however is absolutely perfect it had everything we needed. The staff and food were absolutely 💯 perfect. We have no complaints. Definitely a safe and welcoming hotel. Thank you Best Western xx

This place was awesome, the pool was great, all the service & amenities were excellent. Loved the breakfast (continental option was super affordable & a nice change from typical food you get eating out every day on holiday). Would 100% come back & would recommend to anyone

Exceptional hotel, with beautiful views, nice room environment and extraordinarily warm and helpful staff and service. Clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. The gym, pool and garden are a nice surprise. A perfect spot to admire sunset into the mountains too.
