Our guide Tim brought us on a most enjoyable tour of the Swan Valley boutique wineries and chocolate factory. It was blazing hot at 40 degrees and Tim took exceptional care of the group. He was patient and knowledgeable and his rapport with the vineyard owners was palpable. It’s a totally different experience from the big commercial tour groups. Each wine maker took the trouble to explain each vintage and paced the tastings according to our readiness. Highly recommended and it feels great to be able to support local Australian business people.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful day out with Tim. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the region, the wines and the wine makers but is also a very attentive host. Three of the four wineries we visited were family owned and run so you get more of a one on one wine tasting experience. If you are looking for a winery tour in Perth then Tim is your man.

Tim was such a great tour guide. A great communicator who made the whole process so easy. Also very knowledgeable about the wineries and wines in the Swan valley.

He was also so accommodating to our accessibility needs, a refreshing point of difference from some of the bigger tour companies who didn't want to deal with a foldable wheelchair.

I'd highly recommend a tour with Tim and Best of Perth tours!

One of the best tours I have ever been on. Myself and my friend Bec decided to do a winery tour last minute. It ended up only being the two of us and it was fantastic! Tim was such an awesome tour guide and even acted as our own personal photographer, what more can I ask for! The day was an absolute success, from tours through the wineries, to cheese platters, to a gourmet lunch to photos through the vineyards.. there was nothing I could fault. We were treated like VIP guests at each winery and were made to feel important and special. I highly recommend booking through Best of Perth Tours rather than the big group coaches. It's much more personal and such a better experience. Thanks for the highlight of my trip Tim!! 🙂

We had an amazing time on our tour in the Swan Valley wineries.
Tim was very knowledgeable about wine in general as well as wine in the Swan Valley.
The 4 wineries we have visited were a very good representation of the wine in the area.
Barramundi perfectly cooked for lunch and chocolate to end the day 🙂
We definitely recommend this tour.

I had an amazing time on my tour around Perth (Kings Park, a wildlife park, wine tasting in Swan Valley and lunch, and the beach). This tour is a great sample platter of everything Perth has to offer. I didn’t have much time to see the city and was so thankful to find the Best of Perth Tours, which offered a personal experience. It was fun to get to know the small group of people in my tour over the day. For everything that is included the value is phenomenal. I originally looked at doing some of these activities on my own but the cost and time (via public transit or Uber) involved would have made it impossible to do in one day. I felt the timing of each activity was just right and I never felt rushed. My guide —Tim— was awesome, considerate, and very knowledgeable. I think my favourite part of the tour is a tossup between meeting the koalas and kangaroos or the lunch and wine tasting. Just a perfect day. I highly recommend to anybody visiting Perth.

Booked the Best of Perth Tour with Tim and my family enjoyed it thoroughly. The pacing was not rushed at all and my son enjoyed asking Tim questions about the wildlife animals of Western Australia.

You can get to enjoy wildlife, wine, the beach and views from this tour! I’ll engage Tim again when I visit Perth next time!

We had done a few Swan Valley tours before but this one definitely stands out. Tim was so knowledgeable on the region, his passion for the history of Swan Valley made the tour really special. We got tours of the wine making process and got to see the best of Swan Valley. We had a great day and definitely recommend this tour.
