Absolutely horrified by my experience!
I have been chasing my refund for 6 months with no luck. They dont follow their own terms and conditions, I don't know how they expect to earn their customers trust.
Wouldn't even recommend an enemy to use their services.

Very very bad customer service. Do not fall for the name, they should be called Worst and less Travels We have been trying to reschedule our tickets for last 3 months. Every time we call, customer service says they will get back, which they haven't called and this has been 3 months. They are not refunding the money during the Covid lockdown nor giving credit which airlines offered. We are so frustrated and do not know what to do. Going no where.

Deepa was the best travel agent! I’ve been waiting for a response from my referred travel agent for a month and haven’t gotten a reply. Everytime I call over the last two months I never get a call back. I called today at 4:30pm, an agent picked up and said my agent was available and then left me on hold for 30mins until it reached 5pm for the line to cut. My families booked through them for years especially with Deepa who was great, but this poor service in inexcusable. Atleast reply or refer clients to another who can help. Very disappointed as I was hoping to book through them again.

It was a wonderful experience working with Best & Less Travel - Blacktown.
They provided wide range of options, that suited our budget and even for payments they shared multiple ways we can make the payments. It really helped us and allowed us to make timely payments for the tickets. The travel consultant was really friendly, helpful and suggested options as per our needs. Would love to go back to Best & Less for our next travel booking!!!!

I am more than impressed by the amazing service from Best & Less Travel! I find internet travel bookings daunting and prefer to use agents, even better would be to actually go into an office and speak directly with them. But I didn't need to with these guys, one email to the reservations team and I got a call straight away. They are friendly and efficient and oh, SO patient, because I changed my dates/times/hotel requirements several times and received nothing but the most polite and efficient service. Thank you Best and Less Travel, I will go nowhere else for my travel requirements in the future!

Very disinterested bunch! I went there
to enquire and had all the intentions of making the booking however the lady who was helping me wasn't very helpful. She didn't even bother to take down my details and get back to me! I finally went through another travel agency who not only worked out a fantastic rate but also provided a fabulous customer service.
