Perfect location near the park with a view. Room is spacious and clean. Shower & toilets are great. It is a bit humid in the room and we’ve tried to adjust the air conditioning on but didn’t help. We only stay for a night so didn’t bother to report it. They have a nice pool but didn’t get the chance to try it. Would have been better to be allocated to a ground room rather than to the 2nd floor as it is a challenge to go up and down the stairs, but they are fully booked at that time. I would still highly recommend the place.

Really lovely place. Currently undergoing some reservations in main building but doesn't effect much. Lovely spaces to dine and drink. Complimentary welcome pack was a lovely gesture especially after a very hot day travelling. Views are lovely and the pool spacious and modern. Plenty of lounges to watch children from.

This place was amazing location and room great looking over the pool with the family.
Location wise along the front and near the centre of town. Facilities were clean, the pool was great. The only thing would improve this would be solar lights to allow swimming at night time. Being able to enjoy the pool to its full potential on those warmer evenings.
We didn’t dine over the weekend due to the extra surcharge for public holidays, but the menu looked great. It is walking distance to many food places.

Cleaners were amazing with a tidy up each day with a vacuum they did an amazing job!

Clean, modern in a great location. Highly recommend. We had 1 adult 2 teenagers and this was no issue even though it’s a 1 bedroom as the lounge is a sofa bed ✨ ||Brilliant Indian food down the road at fast and curious, Bring it back for a sunset dinner. The Berri Hotel was a favourite dining there 4 times! Great menu 😀

We had the most amazing stay at the Berri Hotel. We stayed in a Balcony Villa which was overlooking the river which was so relaxing. The Berri Hotel pool was so lovely especially as we had a hot day. The Berri Bistro had excellent food. The Steak i had was cooked perfect & the mushroom sauce was amazing. Breakfast was delicious too! Staff & service was the absolute best. Thank you so much.

The rooms have been renovated very well. The beds were so comfy, had the best night sleep. Excellent breakfast the next morning. Located right on the river and close to the sporting ovals where we needed to be.||We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back.

Staff very abrupt and non welcoming. Arrived nice and early on a Sat evening for dinner, restaurant of 50+ tables was empty only to be told we had a choice of one table or eat out in the hallway and no food for over an hour. After second waitress abruptly reiterated where the one table was, decided that’s enough abruptness and left via the nearest exit. Manners doesn’t cost much.

The king bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. TV was a great size and the shower worked well and was a consistent temperature. We had the deluxe king room next to the pool. Easy access to Berri town centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and the mini bar complimentary.
