Our 3 night stay on The Astoria exceeded all expectations. The cleanliness of the boat, all the extras it provided we could not fault a thing. We had a wonderful time swimming off the boat, kayaking in the mornings and using the tinny to venture up and down the river added to the amazing stay. Sue was just brilliant to deal with from the initial booking in, to the pickup on arrival as well as being available for any issues or questions. We will be back - just longer next time.

In general, the trip was nice and memorable- there were breathtaking river views, we enjoyed boat and fishing experience, and Sue the manager is really helpful. However the accommodation can be improved. We stayed two nights in the cottage and both were sleepless and mosquito-infested and the room is stuffy and not very clean.

We stayed around at early October, so we thought mosquitoes would be not a huge problem but turns out it was. We couldn’t sleep as we were attacked all nights by mosquitoes.

There was also a lot of junk left over from the previous stays or the owner. The drawers in the kitchen and bathroom are full and the small rooms connecting to the bedroom is full of random furniture.

The stairs were shaky. Although Sue reminded us, we all tripped on the staircase.

The Berowra Waters Lodge was perfect for our family. The kayaks and tinnie with full tank of fuel were a bonus for all of us! As well as the extra checkout time allowed to us!
The special touch of surprise goodies for my husband's 60th birthday were appreciated.
To be up close to this very special clean beautiful river was indeed a delight. It'll be one of the memorable highlights we'll treasure as a family getaway.

i stayed with a group of 7 at the Boutique. The accommodation is well furnished with all the equipment you need for your stay. The amazing thing is you have water view from every bedroom ! I had such a great time and felt very far from Sydney. Being surrounded by water felt so peaceful and calm. Sue, the property manager was amazing and she did everything to make our stay perfect!
Thank you again Sue we will definitely come back!

I can’t speak highly enough about what a wonderful getaway we had at the Astoria Houseboat last week. When looking for something a little bit special, I came across the Berowra Waters Holidays and had a range of great options to suit our needs.
The houseboat has everything you need to enjoy fishing, kayaking and dining locally with the tinny.
We took advantage of the dine and stay package and enjoyed our experience at the Berowra Waters Inn. We also took our favourite food and drinks and could easily store our food in the fridge if you wanted to just stay on board.
It was quiet, clean, comfortable and relaxing and we loved it so much, I’m going to book another few days.
A big thanks to Sue for all your assistance in making my birthday trip FABULOUS ❤️

Berowra Waters Boutique was the most fabulous place for our annual girls trip.
We had smooth, easy transfers, and Sue was very accommodating in a late check out.
Winter at Berowra Waters Boutique was absolutely beautiful. The house was so warm and cosy with great heating.
There was everything there that you would ever need.
Rooms were large with so much room, and amenities were fantastic.
It was so beautifully quiet, and we really felt like we had been so far away, only being an hour or so away from home.
Looking forward to going back and using the river, and the many water activities that were at the house.
The Marina is also fantastic and you can get anything you've forgotten etc...
We will be back to Berowra Water's Boutique.

We had such a peaceful mini getaway in the Treehouse! Short drive from Sydney, beautiful scenery and Sue made it so easy for us. We booked the Dine & Stay package and Sue organised the reservation and boat transfers to and from the accommodation to the Berowra Waters Inn. Would definitely recommend!

The boathouse was stunning. Our stay went perfectly smooth thanks to Sue and the team. From booking via email to check out we were so impressed with the service and the facilities. The location was amazing and the boathouse had all the comforts needed for a lux, peaceful and relaxing weekend away. I couldn’t count the amount of times I looked around stunned and said “this is SO amazing” 11/10 and would absolutely book again!
