The woman working there in Liverpool, on right side desk upon entering (in mid to late thirties) with an accent was the ridest coldest woman I have met in years. Too bad for you, my large family will never be using your services in future simply because of this incredibly rude and nasty hateful looking staff member.....her kind of bad attitude, lack of people skills and sour face is what ruins businesses.
