Amazing service! The team have been extremely helpful changing us over from Telstra and adding an extra line. Kept us informed the whole way and any time I had a question whoever I spoke to on the phone was able to help straight away. Shout out to Liam for doing everything he could to make the transition seamless also.

I've been using Bendigo Telco for about 8 years now. The only fault is their office hours. You always get a local in the phone and their always happy to spend the time to fix any issues. A percentage of what you spend also goes neck to the community. Support local 😁

Service is awful, it is not uncommon to run a speed test and get 1-2mbs and we're supposed to be on a faster service. Calling the help desk is painful at best, generally about an hour wait to get through. To cap it all off we've been slugged a $300 fee that is listed in the terms as a "new development fee", which we were abruptly told this was an NBN charge and they wouldn't do anything about it on our behalf. I was told this was for a new phone line connection, yet we live in a 27 year old house that has an existing phone. The NBN network is a joke, and bendigo bank telcos service is horrendous.

I really wouldn’t be too concerned by the one star reviews from “Fake news media” and Danica Chance that leaves one star reviews for “Skullnail art”. Bendigo Telco is like a family, they do care; far more than the big companies that only see you as a number in the system. This is a reason alone to choose this company as the costumer service is literally unlike any other.. If you have a concern or complaint; might I suggest actually raising it with the company before leaving a bad review.
