This company cheats people by running the meter at a speed more than the legal limits. They charge 20-25 cents more per kilometres. The amount they charge doesn't match with the tariff displayed if calculated manually. A fraud company it is. I have two evidence to show , one is a 3 km ride for which they charged 31$ and another they charged 22$ for a 5 km distance. They carry dodgy meters. No option to give zero stars , so giving 1 star.

Ordered a maxi taxi 3 days prior to my appointment that never turned up. I called dispatch and they contacted 9 other taxis and they would not take me due to the distance of travel. Don't waste your time.

Good luck if your bike breaks down and you need help with getting to the nearest bike store... "oh no, we don't allow bikes on maxi taxis because 'safety' reasons" (even though they've done it in the past, and this isn't an issue anywhere else in Victoria)...

Booked a taxi to pick us up from the Bendigo Airport Bus drop-off point. Taxi did not show up. Rang the help line. Was told just because you book it, that doesn't mean you will actually get one 🤷 Was then told no worries, you'll be put into the priority queue. But no actual idea how long we would have to wait (one hour late by this stage, hot day) 🤣 Operator was a young Aussie guy.

Since they have changed their system nothing works properly, I used to be able to track when my taxi would arrive as I can’t see when it pulls up,I now have to wait outside in the rain, yesterday it never came, it came up on my phone as not servicing my area, I had to phone in to see where my taxi was, being profoundly deaf it is so hard to communicate .Please pick up your game or I will have to go elsewhere.

First impressions….
Yesterday for the first time I booked an accessible taxi for my 11yo son who has just started using a power wheelchair via the call centre. I received a call this morning from a lady at your Bendigo branch at 7:45 to say a vehicle would not be available and to never book with their useless call centre again. Care and compassion are clearly not valued at your Bendigo branch!

Make a booking for 7.40 taxi rocks up at 8. I'm late.

Make a booking home for 8.30 taxi is still not here and it's 9... such an unprofessional business.

If you need to be somewhere on time then don't trust this company at all

Absolutely terrible service. We booked a maxi taxi from Sydney to pick us up from Bendigo Airport, and had booking number confirmed. Was booked for 8pm and 20 mins later they still hadn’t arrived. We called twice and first ph call we were told that it was on its way. 2nd ph call they explained there was no booking then hung up on me. Would never recommend. Uber all the way.
