***After posting this review, I received several abusive phone calls at 7:15am in the morning having a go at me for my review here. Very poor business. Buyer beware***

Booked a 2 night stay in a room with what the photos showed was a spa bath. Was upgraded for free to a family room which was nice and I appreciated the stay however the spa was not working and as this is specifically what I paid $145 a night for i was rather disappointed at this. I feel as nice as the owner was, she was aware of this issue and the fact it’s not mentioned online feels a little bit deceiving.

Pleasant surprise. Glad l chose to stay here , friendly staff and a super tidy room helped to make a comfortable experience.
The room although slightly older , was impeccably clean and well appointed ( it even had a spa ) .
The location is within walking distance to lots of shops and pubs. Only 2 km from the main center of Bendigo.
The only negative is the traffic noise at morning peak but l am up and about by then anyway.

Large shower was a great surprise. Hands down one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Daily service of the room made it feel welcoming after a long day. Lisa’s care for her guests’ comfort is evident.
Highly recommended!

Goldfields Motor Inn was my first model experience, and what a wonderful experience it was. To begin with, I can't praise Lisa, their manager, enough as she is the kindest and the helpful human ever. Now to the rooms, they are so well looked after, there is eye for detail in everywhere in the rooms and outside. I cannot wait to be back. Thank you Lisa and your brother for everything.

Great motel. Super clean, neat and modernised. Handy location for anyone wanting to stay to attend a sporting event eg: basketball/football comps. |Would highly recommend||Lisa who checked us in was super helpful and couldn’t have made our stay any easier.||Love the extra biscuits!

Wow. What a lovely place. Lisa the lady in charge is delightful to deal with. The room was clean and spacious and very quiet. Close to city Centre and Bendigo pottery. Hidden gem. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Bendigo next time.

My husband and I stayed for a week. From arrival Lisa who is onsite 24/7 was so wonderful. The best greeting I have ever had on arrival at a motel, so friendly. The room was so nice and so clean. After going out each day the room had towels changed and everything topped up. I can 100% recommend an enjoyable warm and friendly stay. Oh and also the price was great. Thanks Lisa and cleaning staff, we will be back.

Stayed for a comp in town, the rooms and location were perfect for this and the staff were super nice, we found some really nice thoughtful little touches that added to the experience along the way.
