I’ve caught the bus a few times. It’s great. Driver always helps with luggage. Always on time. I messed up my current booking TWICE. UGH. I sent an email to correct the first error which they changed and then pointed out my second error and fixed that. The customer service was amazing.

Service was fabulous but gee the bus was so uncomfortable. Really rigid when hitting all the bumps ended up with a headache. Maybe the tyre pressures were to high 🤷🏻‍♀️

The bus driver was fantastic , so friendly and so knowledgeable about the area.
I've somehow forgotten his name but was a lovely man. Was Friday 13th midday that I took the bus. The trip back to Melbourne was enjoyable . Highly recommend. 🙂

Our driver on the way to the airport July 12th was fantastic
So friendly and helpful.
Completely different experience on the way home on July 26th at 10.30am.
Driver never smiled, despite the cold weather we were unable to sit or board the airport bus until 10.25 am
Laid down the rules in a loud and rude manner and spoke as if we were 10 yr olds.

Crappy little 21 seater shuttle bus which should only be used to shuttle from airport to onsite car parks. Tiny seats with no leg room if you are 5’ 10” up ! Big sign saying no food / drink - for the 2 hour trip. No toilets. No WiFi
It’s a VERY basic service for $62.
Take the train if you can !
