Parma for lunch was decent. Chicken is quite thin but also large. Cooked well, huge salad and generous amount of chips. Lovely welcoming staff too.

As a visitor the customer service was awful. I was charged $33 for Beer battered whiting and was given Fish & Chips which was the Kids meal. When asked about it the waitress said "It's the same thing. No it's not. I paid $33 for it. The other members of the group only paid $15 for this meal. No proper explanation on the prices. Then we overheard them saying we were very rude. In fact there was more than 20 of us, and that must be the best turnover for you on the day, let alone the week. Not a very welcoming Club. We thought we'll book in this place to support the Country clubs, but I suppose they don't need that support. Never again!!! Avoid at all costs. Do not recommend.

The Bistro is old and run down looking, with tables laid out in a very budget fashion.
However all if the staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful.
The meals were large and filling. The vegetarian pasta was lacking in taste but our meat eaters enjoyed their meals.

Great place very friendly service was exceptional. Great value for food. Food was fantastic. Beef lasagne absolutely fantastic chicken parma beautiful. Recommended this place for eating in Benalla.

We arrived 10 minutes before kitchen closed and were served promptly. Food came out fast while it was still relatively busy. Staff are really friendly which is awesome.

The sweet potato wedges were super tasty and crunchy. Seafood basket cooked well. Great place with plenty of space indoors and out for a no fuss dinner. Pretty good pub type food at an OK price ($$$ out of 5).

One of the better places to go for a pub meal.

Great course and highly recommend playing here.
True hidden gem but not really hidden. Fairways are top quality and the course is a true challenge at times. Some tight doglegs and small greens that match the fairways in quality. People were very friendly and helpful too which made it a very inviting environment to spend the day playing golf.

Came here on recommendations tonight. So glad we did. It was busy, with end-of-year presentation night, but we were not kept waiting too long order or for meals to be served. We had the grilled barra with vegies, and pasta carbonara. My wife said the barra was perfect as were the vegies. My pasta serving was huge (I am as full as a goog). Lots of "Padano" style cheese, lots of bacon, lots of sauce. Perfect. Although the bistro was busy, it was not noisy at all. The Abbotsford Stout hit the spot.
