If you are looking to sell your home and it is a high value property, steer clear of Kody Dart!! We sold our property last year in Jensen and had the WORST experience with Kody. I'm sure he is an OK agent if you are looking to sell an average home in Burdell that he can sell quickly? It is our opinion that Kody doesn't have the experience and professionalism to sell anything beyond a your standard suburban home. If you do make the decision to sell with Kody, ensure to tune into your front door camera if you have one. We heard Kody telling our potential buyers that he thought our house (that he priced haha) was overvalued and spoke poorly of us to buyers when he realised he wasn't going to get a quick sale. We ended our contract with Kody as we were absolutely appalled. We switched to another agent in Townsville who were absolutely phenomenal (Cutting Edge). They went above and beyond and couldn't have had a better experience. We were super happy with the price we got for the sale of our home, and found they had the experience and drive needed to sell a high end home!
