We are locals so have always been pretty familiar with the Bellbird Pub, however I hadn't been there since before Covid and their massive renovations and had heard good things about the food. Not only were we stoked that the lunch ran all day on a Sunday, we were able to get a seat easily.|The meals were excellent - I had the twice cooked pork belly which was perfection 👌 The salad dressing was delicious also. My fiancé had a chicken parmy which was a very generous serve and delicious. |Spewing that we had left it so long before coming and trying out the new digs, but will definitely be back.

Had a pretty ordinary lunch here 20/06/25.
Ordered a beef curry (daily special). I was presented with a lot of reheated rice, about seven small cubes of old beef and a couple of cubes of fat in what appeared to be a curry sauce from a jar. Staff acted like they didn’t want to be there. First and last visit

Perfect for bringing the family down for a lovely meal, the food is absolutely amazing even in peak times. Also has a playground for the kids to enjoy while the adults have a catch up. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re ever in the area!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bellbird Hotel, and it was a truly memorable experience. The atmosphere was inviting and laid-back, with a modern yet cozy feel. We were immediately greeted by friendly staff who made us feel right at home.

Came for lunch, had Snitty, steak, which were not good. Chips not seasoned, steak came out rare but burnt on the outside (ordered medium) and watery, mushy veggies. The lady taking order was inexperienced and very slow as well as getting order wrong and over charging. It just seems like they are trying to be fancy but haven’t got the staff or quality of food to do so just the look.

Had breakfast on Sunday at the Bellbird Hotel, the brekkie buffet was absolutely delicious. Definitely worth $20pp. Staff were very friendly and helpful, first time for breakfast there, I will be definitely going back again, and I highly recommend Bellbird Hotel with their Sunday breakfast buffet to anyone.

Our 2 night stay over Easter was not an enjoyable experience & I would only return as an absolute last resort! The male bathroom had no hand towel & no mirror, so forget about shaving while you're here. The toilet rolls were also not replaced. The rooms (accommodation) are in desperate need of an update. My bed was sloping at an angle & upon checking underneath noticed that 3 of the legs were missing. The staff member did not appear overly concerned about this situation. The rest of the legs then needed to be removed so that the bed was even, albeit now sitting on the floor. I walked into the bar around 11pm on the Sunday only to be escorted out & told that it was closing up. A very loud party then ensued in the same bar (by the owners/staff) finishing up after 4am so very little sleep was possible before trying to drive 3 hrs home. If we, as the lodgers, had made this much noise in our rooms we would have been evicted, however it is ok for the owners (who have their own private apartment upstairs) to disregard everyone else's needs. Shame on you; the accommodation was reminiscent of staying in a third world country - disgusting.
