This exceeded my expectations from the moment the staff greeted me nothing was to hard for them. My room was clean light airy & bright. Comfy bed, great shower, the sheets were the best I have had. 5 stars to the Laundry Service. Secure parking for 4wds etc upper parking for others including disabled. So much charm beautiful furniture & mirrors in the hallways. Lift or stairs & motel units a home away from home. Shopping center next door & close to major aterial roads to Canberra. Ignore the negative reviews, clearly that's not the case. I had a quiet restful stay & I wish I could spend more time there. The photos don't do it justice. I urge you to try it.

We are 2 adults and 2 kids under 5. The room was big with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. We enjoyed the space with nothing to separate the beds and the living/kitchen area.
The room was clean enough.

We recently had a stay here for two nights and booked the room with two bedrooms. It was well maintained and clean-ish but extremely old and outdated. The door between the rooms didn't close properly unless forced shut, the double bed was sinking and I almost fell off the bed during the night and there was absolutely no hot water whatsoever. Not exactly the best surprise when we were looking forward to a nice hot shower in the morning in the middle of winter. The staff however were very helpful and apologetic when we discovered the toilet was not cleaned properly so that is a bonus. You get what you pay for in the end and it's decent enough to stay for a night or two.

Comfy bed & renovated bathrooms. Most staff members were friendly & welcoming, but one extremely rude staff member left a lasting impression. Cleanliness was lacking in some areas, eg. bathroom exhaust fan, balcony with cigarette butts, lift with the same food scraps uncleaned for 3 days running.

The room was not serviced until I asked for it to be done; they are still using COVID-19 as an excuse. There was a hot water issue, which was resolved, but I was told there was a gas leak which the plumber had fixed. As far as I was aware, there was no evacuation, and the gas needed to be off for a few hours. It was more than 12+ hours before the water was back up and hot enough to use, that is not a few hours.

Rooms as described and clean. Beds are comfy. EV charging is a definite bonus. Late checkin options work well.

Worst accommodation ever. Microwave disgusting, dirty toilet, cold showers, alot of visible dust. Unfriendly and rude staff who were not really helpful or proactive about complains . Good thing we brought our own domestos, jif and dishwashing liquid to clean out everything first. We had to put a blanket over the couch because it was itchy and prompted so much sneezing. If you're allergic to dust then don't come here. Very poor lighting. Teles dont work. Staff didn't really take care of us in terms of supplying refuse bags daily- we had to buy these. Same receptionist for check in and out - very rude didn't even greet us or pretend to be friendly. Layout of apartment is weird -1 bathroom which is on suite, then others have walk in the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Parking safe and secure. New Bhutanese Bisto in adjacent building for supper or drinks - only plus!

The hotel was busy, but the rate was high and the facilities did not warrant the cost. The shower was without curtain, cleaning was not every day and the room was noisy. I could here the water from the room above and there were service vehicles outside my room leaving early every morning.
