For a global company I expected products to have some decent Quality Assurance in practice... To my surprise there was a fly (INSECT) in this product. To add poor customer experience in handling faulty products. They have the nerve to send 5 similar products as replacements. Why would you do that to handle a matter like this.... Terrible!!. Lost faith in this product and company.

Your (as the Australian distributor) 'Elastoplast Extra Tough Waterproof' plasters, are NOT extra tough nor are they waterproof. My hand was in water less than a minute and it came sliding off. So STOP claiming they are waterproof because clearly they are not!!

I am so amazed at the customer service of Elastoplast Sydney, specifically the lady that helped me, Amara.
The product I purchased did not work well for me and I notified them.
Amara was very quick to reply and rectify the issue.
We regularly purchase Elastoplast products and the way Amara dealt with my issue has brought to us so much more confidence and trust in the Elastoplast company. Well done, Elastoplast /Amara!

I am very very impressed with the customer service approach of Beiersdorf Australia. After advising them of the difficulty I was having opening Elastoplast plasters they immediately sent me several samples in compensation. I belatedly realised that I was not opening their plasters correctly, and despite my advising them of my error they would not accept my offer of reimbursement. Thank you very much indeed - your customer service is world-class and I will now buy only Elastoplast plasters in future.

I've always associated this company with quality & integrity. I just can't understand why they keep populating their exfoliating products with micro beads that are so detrimental for the environment. Shame. Two products I recently purchased have these & I have wasted my money.

I want to say how disappointed I and many other people including my Dermatologists are in the fact your management in the company decided it was a bright idea to discontinue making and selling the Eucerin wool alcohol ointment in the 450gram tubs and 100gram tubes back in 2020 ,
I was using this product for 31 years at the time you stopped making it and this is the absolute only best product that works on my skin condition which is a rare genetic life threatening skin condition called Netherton's Syndrome Ichthyosis and you don't even have a proper reason as to why you stopped it apart from oh you were not selling enough of it which is highly untrue inaccurate information as John Hunter Hospital pharmacy department, The Children's Hospital at Westmead in Sydney pharmacy department and outside chemists and billions of other retail and small local chemists around Australia were selling this and other customers have even been using this for 50 and 60 years ,
We get asked to write letters to your management team who will look at them and might decide to potentially start making Eucerin Ointment again later on in a few years if you get enough complaints from customers and doctor's and pharmacists which is not good enough what are we with life threatening skin conditions supposed to do in the meantime I have tried other stuff including Dermeze type of stuff which has caused my skin to go completely dry and tight and red and sore and sorbaline does the same thing to me and Epaderm Ointment is good but my skin just peals off and one chemist in Newcastle even tried to make Eucerin Ointment with the ingredients they have written down but they don't have the main much needed ingredient for it to work and I had a allergic reaction I think they used LaTeX gloves to make it which I'm actually highly anaphylaxis to ,
We have now resorted to going online and getting Eucerin Aquaphore ointment which comes from America so hopefully I can keep obtaining this product until your management team finally make the right decision and brig your Eucerin wool alcohol ointment back onto the market and please do not change anything in it if and when you do decide to bring it back and please don't take to long in making the right decision ,
