clean room comfortable bed, locate at very quite street.
staff very friendly and helpful even after hours. only downside is the EV charge has no Clear instructions, even after downloading wellbox apps still not working.

The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, making the stay pleasant. The rooms feel fresh and newly renovated, which adds to the comfort. The only downside is that the price seems a bit higher compared to similar places. Other than that, it's a great spot for a short stay of 1 or 2 nights!

According to the information provided, the check-in window was from 2 PM to 10 PM. However, at 7 PM, I received a text message directing me to collect keys from 2 boxes, this should have been done via a phone call not a text message. When I contacted your representative to confirm that all three keys for the three rooms I booked were in the two allocated boxes, the response I received was unfortunately quite rude.

Additionally, I was surprised to find signs in the room instructing guests to clean plates and cutlery, yet there is only a sponge and cloth provided and no tea towels available for drying. Furthermore, the bed was unclean, with a sandy texture that caused my husband discomfort and itchiness.

I attempted to inquire about the availability of the 2 EV chargers by calling and leaving a voice message per the number provided to the same number of the rude person I encountered, well before 10 PM. Regrettably, I did not receive a response to my query, despite also sending a message through the booking.com platform.

It is my expectation that, if the website states check-in is available until 10 PM, assistance for any queries should be accessible until that time.

There are also loads of bugs around. While the rooms are spacious and seem very nice to the eye, unfortunately the rude service, lack of resources to dry plates with a hypocritical obnoxious sign to do so,sandy unclean bed and the lack of communication to assist with the EV charger I have to give this place a terrible review.

Rooms are ok for a motel but there are so many beetles in that area and in the bedrooms.. they need to do something about it. We found a few beetles on the bed which was disgusting.
I paid 300 for one night.. definitely not worth the money

As I walked in to my room, it was very clean, appealing, had everything I needed, the shower was great. The be very comfy.

Stay here for 1 day business trip. The area is good but a bit noisy with traffic. Good to stay gor short term.

Great stay here. They have very nice affordable rooms. Very clean and fresh.
Bathroom has a good shower and a rain head from the ceiling.
Kitchenette has a really good sink, nice and deep easy to fill the kettle/jug which can be quite difficult in a lot of motel rooms. It has a single portable electric hotplate. Also the kitchenette has a small non stick frying pan and a small stainless pot. Along with the microwave, toaste, kettle/jug cooking utensils and crockery. The room has everything I needed for a 3 day stay.
Woolworths is an easy 1km stroll down the road which makes getting supplies really convenient.
Bed is very big and comfortable. It has a modern Android TV which some may find a little difficult to navigate. But I sign in to my accounts and I can view anything I want to watch. I found only one small issue and that is it only has 1 bedside table, which for one person is not to bad. However if I had my wife with me it would have been more difficult for phone charging and placement of a book and beverages beside the bed for 2 people. One of the powerpoints on the TV wall has a usb outlet as well making it easy to charge phones or tablets.

I travel a lot and visit many motels/motor inns and caravan parks around Australia for work, so I must mention Theresa in reception, I had to check in late and she was very nice and friendly to speak with and made my after hours check in a breeze. So thank you very much Theresa, really appreciate your kind nature, friendliness and positive attitude. Makes travelling around the country so much nicer and much easier.
When I visit Bega again this would be my preferred place to stay.
And we'll what else can I say, but thanks to Bega Motel and Theresa for a very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend.
