Great place to learn the history of Bega cheese and their manufacturing process. They allow you to taste a variety of premium cheese at this centre. It is filled with many historical equipment that they have used and also has a lovely gift shop. There is also a small but a very nice menu from which you can pick some food if you are hungry. Sadly they do not allow factory visits anymore but visiting this heritage centre is also a great option during your trips. There is no ticket to enter and Bega products available at special prices to purchase.

Loved seeing the historical memorabilia regarding Bega cheese. Had a great coffee and Bega cheese toasted sandwich at the Cafe. Plenty of area information available at the information centre. Ample parking is available behind the centre.

Nice place to stop for lunch and get some cheese. Museum and gift shop upstairs. We thought it was more about cheese making and expected there to be a tour and more of a cheese tasting experience. Still enjoyed it though.

Nice little museum. Only 3 cheeses out for tastings, that's not enough to make the stop worthwhile. Cafe has a small selection to choose from. Visitor information area was very well stocked with pamphlets.

Some limited edition Bega Cheese that are only sold here, however the heritage centre can be built to be more interactive and informative. Some educational materials such as cheese making process would be very beneficial

Definitely worth a visit to Bega cheese factory. The Museum is great and the cafe food and coffee is good value. There is a terrific book shop for $2 per book going to CANTEEN charity.

Not that great, history was interesting didn't take long to look at everything around half hour. Only had 3 types of cheese to taste and buy. Nothing further to add or do. Disappointing.

Small museum in need of some updating and care as the displays are dusty and some of the info is falling off the walls and suffering neglect.
The video playing in the cafe was good though, as it went through some history right through to what Bega are doing today.
There were 3 cheese sampling dishes - all empty. Obviously something we were looking forward to. We had to wait around for quite a while and ask someone to replenish the sample dishes because most of the staff were inattentive.
Overall, not worth the half hour trip we made from Merimbula to be honest.
