Would have liked better communication on the phone (takes a while to get back to you - will get back to you after normal working hours during the week. Could improve if they had someone take care of Admin / bookings / questions during work hours), but came through with the goods as promised, castle and ball pit were in great condition. Service in person was great, on time and prompt!

SCAM ALERT! Avoid this man/business at all costs. We hired him for our daughters birthday party and he just didn't show up.
He does this as a side job and only turns up or responds when he feels like it.
Rather than message up before that he wasn't coming, which would have allowed us to have a back up plan, he just didn't turn up.

Pretty much the worst business I've ever come across... expect no communication what so ever and couldn't even get an insurance certificate to me as I needed it for my party venue. Will take weeks to get back to you. Save yourself the time and stress and find another jumping castle company

We hired a slushy machine from Beez Party Hire for our daughter's Prep Graduation/end of year celebration with 30 kids and adults. The machine worked perfectly and allowed everyone to have as many drinks as they want. We got at least 100 servings and it came with cups and proper straws! Service was excellent and timely. Everyone on the team communicated well and ensured we were taken care of. Highly recommended! I'll be going through them for a blow up disco party next. 🥳

Extremely disappointed in the service. I had organised my son’s 8th birthday party around a castle booking from Beez - I read all reviews and wanted a reputable company - far from what I received.
I contacted the number on the Friday before the party as I hadn’t received an invoice or confirmation and hadn’t heard since early on in Feb when the booking was made. It was then I’m told they’ll monitor the weather as it’s supposed to be windy - I completely understand that wouldn’t expect anyone to operate dangerously - however it was the uneasy feeling I got where I should have known better.
Low and behold, 8.30am on Sunday morning (3 hrs before 15 kids and their parents are due to arrive), I receive a text to say ‘sorry we have to cancel due to weather’. We’d discussed a very large shed I have as a back option which was completely neglected to be considered - then wanted to come out and inspect it before agreeing - couldn’t have considered that on Friday?
Frantically my partner is ringing around others to see if we could get a different company. Every other jumping castle company were still operating on the day! We finally found Mornington Jumping Castles who came to the rescue but would not touch this company again. I suspect something else was going on in the background and I was the scape goat but still, poor business management.
