Belinda has now organised 2 trips for us. One to New Zealand in March and we just got back from France. In both cases we told Belinda our starting and ending destination and she came up with fantastic itineraries. All of our accommodation, tour bookings and flight stopovers all went seamlessly. When there was a change in a tour from the company Belinda was very proactive in getting hold of us and communicating the change. I highly recommend Beaconsfield Travel.

We have booked several trips through Beaconsfield travel. For our latest trip to Canada and Akaska in june 2024, Christine helped put together our 4 week holiday based around our 10 night Viking cruise. This included a scenic train trip in Alaska up to Denali and the Rocky Mountaineer in Canada from Vanvouver to Banff. We also included several scenic bus trips.
All our accomodation and travel requirements were booked in advance. We had a fantastic holiday, jam packed with all we wanted to see and do. We are very thankful to Christine for helping us put this together.

Very POOR experience. The staff were very UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL.

I contacted them requesting for a quote for NZ and Bali.

The first contact was made with the receptionist Alyssa, who seemed friendly at first.

I then received an email from the senior travel consultant Belinda and she tried her best to convince me that I needed to expand explore the country better for longer days without knowing my circumstances and telling me to go to one country at a time without knowing the reasons.

Then, Belinda sends me an email about my flight where I found a previous thread from the receptionist Alyssa to the senior consultant Belinda making remarks about me.

It said: " Another rando-one. Pretty sure she got no idea about where Bali and NZ are on a map".

This was very rude, disrespectful and condescending. I told them how i felt regarding this and Belinda and Christine apologized as they know a very big mistake was made but Alyssa did not even apologise,
but they had to defend Alyssa saying that she has been only working there for 12 months and she is new. I was shocked to hear them say she is NEW as she has been working there for 12 months. 12 months isn't new and that's not an excuse for someone to be that rude about a client that they didn't see or hardly know. She doesn't know about my situation and reasons why I'm traveling. And I travel every year to different countries. First time I had such an unpleasant encounter. And from Alyssa and Belinda's conversation you can clearly see that I am not the first customer that they have been saying those horrible things to. The word 'another' proves it all.

I am a local and I had better expectations for this travel agency, I don't think I will recommend this to anyone. I was very disturbed by this and hope no one has to go through this horrible experience.

Fantastic.
We live in WA and were travelling to Istanbul.
We wanted to do a tour to Gallipoli and decided to book this via Boronia Travel in May 2016
I was a bit nervous as you had to pay up front, the booking was completed and confirmed with all the details of tour within 24 hours.
However, due to the situation and coup in Turkey our plans were cancelled.
This now meant we would not be able to do the Gallipoli tour.
We contacted Boronia travel and requested a refund, which they were kind enough to do.
They had no issue with helping us and I must say, most other things we had booked and paid for, were hard work getting refunds.
In my view Boronia Travel is a fantastic business. Thank You !
