Beach Road Wines was great! The pizza, cheese plate, and fruit board were perfect! It is a lovely family owned place with Briony, Tony, and their son Max. You should visit for beautiful views and a nice, relaxing atmosphere for lunch!

We weren’t going to a winery but after meeting the owner in town (chatting about caravans lol), he suggested we come up for lunch. Well we were not disappointed!!
The pizza 🍕 was delicious, gorgeous views, amazing service from Gemma and the White Sangria with mint was to die for!! 🍷 Nom nom 🤤 would highly recommend!

A lovely casual lunch venue, with views, which is what I was after for a week-day birthday lunch with a toddler in tow. We sat under the tree on the paving which was lovely, and there was a sandpit nearby for Miss 2. Not overly busy, but still a really nice atmosphere with other couples and families with young ones. Tasty pizzas, great coffee and friendly service. We'll definitely be back.

The arancini was actually tasty. The pizza which took a long time to come, had a very thin and crispy base, but the base lacked flavor, let alone the rich wheaty flavor that a good pizza should have. The young girls who served us were really nice and sweet, but some staff looked indifferent and unwelcoming. Would not recommend the gelato, which tasted like the cheap store branded ones. What made it worse is that the ice cream was the first thing served. Would have been a better experience if it weren’t for the hair that I found in the arancini.

After reading some very different reviews about this winery I wasn't sure what to expect. We went there yesterday for a friend's birthday lunch. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and attentive. There is a good choice of pizzas on the menu. My wife had the Italian sausage pizza and I had the Hawaiian pizza. Both were very tasty. The base was thin and crispy, just how we like it. My wife never eats the crusts on a pizza, but she ate every bit of her pizza and made the comment that was the best pizza she has ever eaten. The dining room is very well laid out and the view towards the Willunga escarpment is very beautiful. All in all it was a great experience for our first time there and plan on returning during Winter when the countryside is green (hopefully).

We arrived as a group of 16 (including children & a puppy) mid week without a booking, we were all warmly welcomed, 6 of us did the wine tasting, we all ate outside as it was a beautiful day, only 2 staff & 1 chef working (expected as we didn’t have a booking) however nothing was too difficult, the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The food came out in a timely manner with no complaints at all, everything tasted amazing (trio of dips, cheese & garlic pizza, multiple pizzas, crispy potatoes & warm olives), wine tasting was great, will definitely be back!

We cannot think of any other place to have our perfect vineyard wedding at McLaren Vale! Beach Road Wines not only provided us with an amazing view overlooking the vineyard, the food and staff were amazing and caring. Our international guests were stunned by this gorgeous view of their hill. The wines we had at the wedding also were produced at Beach Road, so that was fantastic, the Sangria was also very tasty. It definitely added to the community vibe to our wholesome wedding. They catered to our needs perfectly, and were always responsive and helpful with my detailed request to make our day perfect being able to add our own style. We have been going to Beach Road Wines as restaurants before, we cannot wait to keep visiting them again, next time reminiscing our beautiful wedding

She is amazing at managing small details and requests, even coordinating vendors and helping with the styling. She cared about our wedding just as much as we cared about it, and she was one of our biggest emotional support, guiding through this crazy wedding planning journey.
