We went here for my 60th birthday dinner.( you need to bring your own cake as they don't supply). It wasn't very busy on a Tuesday night, but still recommend to book. The staff were very attentive. The food was great, there was no complaints anywhere around the table. You can split your bill at the end of the night. There is on-site parking, which we didn't have trouble, but if it is busy, you might.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Extremely dissapointed with our meals, my friend had her meal sent back because it looked half eaten when it arrived, within 2 minutes of placing the order! To make things worse, I ordered a hallumi salad which had 2 small pieces... but I added salt and pepper squid and to my disgust, received a squid beak! That was just the kicker to the lacking hallumi and soggy salad.
I told the staff and sent an email and have received no reply from the hotel.
Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

Needs fly screens on the windows and they need to be open on hot days or stand up fans with big good for next Christmas the staff members that helped me with everything I needed especially during the time where I was suffering from a broken leg they went out that we're very lovely where..

Three stars for atmosphere as the music at 6pm on a Sunday was very loud and techno in the dining room. It could have been pleasant if it was taken down a notch!
Four stars for service only because we ordered on the app only to find out the app didn’t work. Was quickly rectified.
Shay was wonderful!
Food was fantastic cannot fault it. Great pub food.

This was not a “bad” experience and the staff were quite attentive. I don’t think they’re supported by the management.
The children’s playground is “damaged” and out of use and I understand it’s been like that for a while.
The beer taps in the dining area, not working!
The soap dispenser in the men’s toilet, not working.
The entry door to the men’s toilet absolutely covered in dirty finger marks!
I was overcharged for my meal and ended up with a cash refund. Took several minutes to resolve holding up other customers. Not the staff member’s fault. It is a lack of training.
Whoever or whatever the management is doing here - needs a very big jolt! Sorry, but none of this is that hard. Someone should take ownership and provide customers who might return with a classy experience!

Told to use phone service, two meals went through and two wouldn't work, staff had to put two orders through. Drinks arrived and one was wrong. 4 meals 1x chicken schnitzel with pepper gravy- bland no pepper, 1x chicken schnitzel garlic prawn topper- luck to have 3x small prawn tasteless, 1x Rump steak Dianne sauce- bland gravy, 1x rib eye steak creamy garlic sauce- bland tasteless.
Waitress was nice but still not good enough.

I've always had great meals here and no complaints, however when dining in for lunch recently there was only one staff member working behind the bar and serving/seating customers.
I do commend her for doing the absolute best that she could possibly do by herself but we had to wait a long time just to be seated and then for service, drinks to arrive at our table and food etc.
Again, most other times we've been there we've enjoyed our meals and had no issues with service but I don't know why there was only one staff member other than the chef working this day, it was very poor management but well done to the girl for being professional and doing her best in such an unfair situation.
