Recently visited this BCF store to purchase a couple deck chairs for camping & sporting events. I was assisted by Brodie whom was super helpful & knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning to this store & hoping to be assisted by someone like Brodie again!

Recently shopped at BFC port Adelaide to get myself a swag, one of the staff members Brodie really knew what he was talking about and spent his time going through different swags explaining the difference between them all. I was over the moon with this service, definitely would recommend this customer service to anybody who is a first time camper.

One thing I don't like about BFC they are too expensive even when you come a member it is still d i find Tackle World way cheaper and and better service Infinity staff Tackle World is way cheaper than them aiming you're not a member they are still cheaper

Recently visited to check if I could purchase & have delivered 2 Pryml Titan Fishing Kayak Packs. Tracked down a staff member as nobody greeted me when entering the store. Asked whether the kayaks could be delivered, I had already checked online and their website said 'no' although thought it worthwhile checking in store. Staff did the same search and advised that they did not deliver. There was no further suggestions or assistance.
Searched for other kayak stores in the Port Adelaide area and located Kayaks2Fish, ordered online 2 NextGen MK10 II & were delivered within 3 businesss days.

Not the largest BCF store but reasonably well stocked. Good store layout. Plenty of parking available. Like all the BCF stores, good bargains when their sales are on. Helpful, friendly staff.

Amazing service by Brodie today on Saturday 04/05/2024. Super friendly, knowledgeable about fishing gear and amazing advice. Don’t often shop at BCF but because of Brodie, absolutely will be back. Cannot thank you enough for your great service with shopping for our rods and reels!
