I got what I was looking for, the store has a big layout of different products the main attraction is always the fishing and camping aisles.

It is a clean but cluttered store, some staff were attentive, others quite rude (red/blondish ponytail girl). Also, 2 out of 3 items had wrong pricing. Things could improve.

Great experience from Donavan! Walked in looking for emergency tent poles as ours from Anaconda had snapped. They didn’t have a replacement, however Donavan went above and beyond, giving us his sturdy tape from his own car to make a temporary fix for the next few nights.

We are very grateful for the service and would highly recommend.

Lucky Cloe getting help with gas bottle when I asked for help I was told it was against store policy, blonde lady at counter was very rude wouldn't let me finish what I was trying to say. Still went in yesterday to buy chair two young girls saw me trying them out, walked away in disgust because they were just standing there talking to each other if I go back to that store I will be very desperate would rather drive 50 km to Millicent for gas refills

They said with regular payments, a layby could go over 3 months. Then they demanded full payment with $500 to go on it , turns out they had not credited our pymnts to our account.
They were rude & overcharged us about $450 extra; then couldn't give us a refund immediately when receipts were produced.
STILL haven't got the refund. a week later.
NOT good on Customer Service at all. Shop at another Branch.
