Great location for what we needed. Our fridge temperature was on the warmest setting and consequently the seals were not sealing and the fridge door wouldn't close. We fixed that. TV remote was a bit dodgy, realised the TV was turned off on the unit. Got that sorted, both problems probably need to be looked at by you guys. Overall though a clean room and good value for money.

Great location, only about a 10 minute walk to the beach with loads of shops, restaurants and cafe's around. Staff at reception were very friendly. The rooms were very clean with comfy beds, fridge with free water and free tea and coffee also available. For the price they charge you really cannot go wrong. Thank you.

Stayed here December 18th. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. On occasions we have stayed here over many years, but NEVER again. The incident we had could have had a very different outcome. The kitchen hot water tap, (hot water when in use) wouldn’t turn off. It was like it jumped a thread and was running at full force. Couldn’t find any main tap to turn it off, called the after hours emergency and left message, still waiting for the return call. In the end somehow Hubby managed to get the tread to reconnect, he is not a well or strong. No one at reception overnight, we had left before anyone arrived. Upon leaving we noticed that the motel is for sale to developers. This explains the disrepair of this motel. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone even for a night.

This place was fantastic for our favour of 5! Not only was it cheap, but the room was extremely clean and quiet, the service was great and the location is perfect. 5 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from lots of lovely restaurants.

I really don't know what the complainers are whinging about. Maybe it's the competition.

Would definitely recommend and definitely stay here again.

Very good value. Good sized rooms. Clean. Easy after hours remote check in. No road noise even with its location on the main street of Tweed.

Be careful of time differences between NSW and Qld if staying in summer season as it's right on the border.

Recently stayed, this place needs pulling down. Rooms are appauling, carpet stinks. The bottom of my shoes were black from how dirty they are. Had a luke warm shower everyday, not hot water. Beds are like rocks and the blankets stink. Don’t turn on the air conditioner the smell and noise from it are horrific. Lucky it was not summer, cause the pool is green. This place was recommended to me. Trust me do not stay there.

I stayed 3 nights. Perfect for me visiting step dad in nursing home across road. Room clean and tidy. Bed a little uncomfortable but that's my back not the bed lol. Nothing to complain about. Will stay there again.

Possibly the worst motel experience in 20 years. For $160 a night the bed was not made, their excuse was personal possession on the bed, a Samsung tablet. Internet was super slow, not enough to download emails. The TV is at least 15 years old, no streaming services. When I brought these issues up with reception the man spoke to me like I was stupid and kept trying to give me school kid excuses and he will report my issues to his manager, in other words dismissing my feedback.
In 2023 there is an expectation of service, there is none at this motel.
I will not be staying here again.
