We stayed in an onsite cabin with 2 bedrooms. The facilities are modern and neat and clean. |It would be good if the lights were adjustable as they were quite bright and reflected on the TV screen making it difficult to view. ||There were caravans and tents in the camp but people were well behaved and very little noise could be heard at night. There were some vacant cabins.

The park is well maintained and the amenities are the cleanest we have seen in all our travels.
The cleaner does a fantastic job I saw her hosing the cottages for cobwebs but unfortunately they were back in two days perhaps a pest spray may help.
I would like to make another suggestion a light near the steps leading up to the dump amenities would make a huge difference as there is very little lighting near the powered van sites.
Overall the Batlow Caravan was a great place to stay.

Have had a five night stay in the two bedroom facility . Cabbins are new as they have been built since the fire. Well equipped to deal with summer heat. Campers have access to a communal kitchen, showers, and laundry. Camp grounds are nestled under a beautiful canopy.

We have made good use of the fully equipped kitchen in our unit. Batlow is a sleepy little town but it’s not far from natural wonders such as the Tumut river and the amazing dams of snowy hydro.

Spotlessly clean park. Toilets/showers are fairly new and really functional.

This park has the ability to be a 5 star park. It has a lovely setting close to town with new cabins and relatively new amenities block... what is letting it down is that the cabin had no utensils, plates or cutlery to even have a cuppa or have cereal. If you book a cabin the expectation is to have at least a cup or bowl in the cupboard unless otherwise stated on the website.. We spent 4 nights there for the festival and honestly the state of the amenities block when we got there thursday was not the best. We saw the cleaners Friday.. but as for the weekend it was a no show and we were there until monday, a daily cleaning service is a must... the amount of clay dirt on the floor was disgraceful.. there is nowhere to put your clothes while showering except the dirty floor or top of the loo. They need to add some hooks and a bench for this. Also provide a mop so people could clean floor after use would be helpful.
As for the sites, they are not that wide more long and not that well defined. With water and power running in what appears to be the middle of your site so when you put out the awning it could be in the way. The guys in the office were lovely and the potential is there for good things.

Great caravan park. Cabin was fabulous. Very spacious and comfortable. All cabins appear to be quite new.

Looks good after renos, just a shame council refused to do this years ago before they closed it down leaving the lovely lady who ran it with no home as she built her home there. She was amazing, doing everything on her own. Sad state of affairs it was.

We stayed here for 2 nights over Ciderfest weekend. The powered sites beside the creek looked lovely, but recent persistent rain had made the grass sodden so we cut it up a bit positioning the van (sorry 'bout that!). Showers/toilets/laundry block looks fairly new and they were spotless. A short easy walk up the hill to the main street, with pub and Club right there for meals and drinks. I had an accident while there, and presented at Batlow Hospital Sunday morning, where I got excellent and friendly treatment - a peace of mind bonus when you're a senior on the road! Beautiful location and well presented park - thank you.
