We hired a portable toilet for the week of the Bathurst 1000. A day later the roof leaked when it rained. Two days later the holding tank started leaking and the water holding tank ran out of water. Tried to ring and just got the answering machine, left messages, but never got a response. We ended up filling bottles with water to flush the toilet. Poor quality product and poor customer service. I would give them -5 stars, but can’t and one star is being generous. Avoid this company like the plague.

I would not recommend this company. I emailed I got a response once to tell me details price ect and then so many more times with no responses, I then sent an email thru there website and got a response to say I was on the list for a portaloo for Bathurst, I had more questions how it all works and where I pay and got stonewalled again, I arrived at my campsite and no toilet I called them and emailed them over the weekend and still no response, nothing on how it all worked just nothing. I’ve called today still no answer. So if you need a toilet from this company I can’t recommend them at all, very disappointing in their business.

Would not recommend, did not deliver when requested. Didn't return phone calls when following up about delivery! Very poor customer service.
