Recently stayed here for the Australia Day long weekend. Room was pleasant, just the right size for 2 people. The cafe upstairs is fantastic, good coffee, great food and awesome service.

The only thing I was going to comment is the daily service to the room. Our room was "serviced" in the morning however all they did is just literally removed the rubbish (takeaway food container) on the counter - there's no bin in the room except a very small one in the bathroom.

I purposely left the dirty towel on top of the toilet but it was not replaced. I had to ask the staff who's cleaning another room to ask for a clean towel and a replenishment of shower cap and sanitary bag. The floor wasn't vacuumed and bed was tucked haphazardly. Quite frankly, if the rubbish wasn't removed, I would never think someone has been in there to "service" it. Might need to review your "standards" on service cleaning to meet expectations from customers. Thanks.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Very comfortable, clean, tidy and well presented, had everything we needed. Coffee pod machine was a bonus! |Super location, just across the water, a playground and so many cafes and restaurants within walking distance.| |Lovely outdoor spaces for relaxing and socialising. Nice views of the rivers from the top level and public decks. parking spots available right in front of the rooms.

We loved everything about the Lodge. Great location! Easy walkability to restaurants, playground, attractions. Easy drive to beautiful beaches. Lovely helpful staff. Nice pool, beautiful little deck on the river for socialising. Comfy, clean, spacious and updated rooms with great little extras.|We wanted to stay longer. |Thanks for having us.

Hotel was a perfect location so close to all amenties and serveral tourist attractions. Room was well maintained and serviced daily, pillows a bit too low for me but thats the only negative. Would have preferred a microwave in the room rather than a coffee machine just to make the room a bit more functional but we managed without it. Would stay again if we ever came down that way for a visit.

We had a great stay here for our first weekend in Batemans Bay. To summaries the pros and cons:
Pros:
-the hotel is great value for money
-the location is excellent. You can walk into town in 5 minutes. Super close to cafes, restaurants and supermarket.
-free parking and you can park right outside your door which is super convenient
-good amenities for the price: tea, milk, coffee pods to use with the machine, some biscuits, mugs and water glasses. Decent bathroom amenities although lacking conditioner.
-smart TV was a great inclusion.
-as well as a bed, the room also has a small couch and table and 2 chairs. Mini fridge is great too.
Cons:
-there was no "do not disturb" sign to put on the door so both mornings we were woken up by housekeeping entering our room
-the shower is small, as well as the shelf inside, resulting in all the shower products falling off. The tap is not a mixer which made it a bit difficult to get the right temperature
Overall it was an excellent place to stay and I would recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay in the Batemans bay area
-I personally found the mattress too firm but it was fine for my partner. The bedding was comfy

Everything was perfect except no hot water for morning shower. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and clean. Pillows were comfortable and there were extras in the closet. We had no idea how to use the coffee maker so can’t comment on that. ||Batemans Bay is a beautiful fishing village.

It was a pleasant stay. Room was really clean and comfortable. I needed an overnight accommodation and rang them, spoke to nicole and she was very accommodating. Great location, just walking distance to the shops and restaurants. will definitely be back.
