I have had Batemans Bay Holiday Rentals manage my property for over 12 months. They are extremely professional and easy to communicate with. My property has been bringing in good clients and constant flow of bookings. The cleaners are immaculate. I would highly recommend their service.

My property was looked after by the same manager for 8 years and I never had a complaint. She sold her business to Batemans Bay Holiday Rentals and in good faith I signed a contract with them despite the expensive onboarding costs not charged by other companies. They immediately started to try to slip other costs and fees onto my account in breach of their own contract. Rental income was around a third of what it had been under the previous managers. Premises were filthy when I visited too, and despite complaints I have received only a partial refund for the cleaning fee they charged for doing a shoddy job. I've been locked into a contract with threats of $1500 termination fees if I try to get out early. Overall don't expect transparency or a good rental income if you list your property with this company. If you don't like their service, they won't let you out easily and you may be subject to attempts at intimidation like I (and others) have been.

Later edit: I agree with the response from the business owner on only one point - I should never have signed the contract with this company. I hope that others are wiser than me and take their business elsewhere.
