We had a three night stay at Bateman's Bay Bed and Breakfast, and from the very first were made to feel very welcome by Andrea and Ross. The room was lovely, with a private deck with views to the Bay itself through the trees; the ensuite was very clean and modern, and the bed super comfortable. The room had a small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. A continental breakfast was included in the tariff, and a cooked breakfast was available on request though we found the cereal, fruit, toast and croissants plus tea or coffee was ample. This was a great place to base from to explore this part of the South coast. Andrea and Ross were very knowledgeable about things to do and places to eat in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We've just returned from a wonderful 2 nights stay. Andrea and Ross are very special people whose aim is to ensure that you have everything you need for a perfect stay. On arrival we were welcomed with tea and biscuits. The rooms are very clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. The view from the balcony was amazing, the perfect place for a gin and tonic or a beer. The continental breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of choice and variety. The property is in a central location within walking distance of the waters edge and the local amenities. We will certainly return. Nothing was to much trouble, thanks Andrea and Ross

Andrea and Ross provide a home away from home. The quality service, room and balcony make for a totally relaxing experience. Be careful if you order the cooked breakfast, it is delicious and plentiful. They provide everything that may be needed and it is all good quality. Best of all, the wonderful bed, a good nights sleep was so easy in a top of the range bed. Add to this the friendly company (when desired) and you have an excellent place to take a break. highly recommend it as fantastic value for money.

Our hosts Andrea and Ross made us so very welcome in their wonderful home. Our accommodation was ideal: immaculately clean, quiet, with great views and our own private deck. We were able to stroll to nearby restaurants and enjoyed the thoughtfully prepared breakfasts. We will definitely return to this home away from home.

Your holiday starts when you arrive here at meet Ross and Andea!||The property is ideally situated about a 10 - 15 minute walk from where it all happens.||The front room is beautiful and the hosts are very welcoming - must be their Welsh influence! We only had a one night stay with them, but will remember it for a long time. Lovely room with a magnificent balcony!

I am writing this well after my stay and in retrospect. I travel a great deal, and have spent many nights in hotel's/B&Bs across Australia, Europe, and the Americas. Bateman's Bay B&B and the service here remains my favorite without doubt. A quiet location, clean amenities, great views, and a peaceful town. The hosts created a home away from home for me. Read lounge, stretch out on the sofa, enjoy some wine on the balcony, take you pick. I enjoyed pleasant conversations with the host and even drove around to several of the beaches and around town. Breakfast was tasty and really hit the spot. While I do not know when I'll make it back to this town, but when I do, this is where I'll stay.

We stayed 1 night before going to visit Mogo Zoo the next morning. The b&b was good value for money and the spacious room had a private adjoining deck with water views|Liam and Andrea were good hosts. Andrea did us a good continental breakfast in the morning. The b&b is close to the Carolina country club.

Ross and Andrea have lived in the area for over 10 years and they can help advise you on whatever you want to do.||||The house is newly built and the rooms are very comfortable. It is conveniently situated to the river, Catalina Golf Club, the hospital and the centre of town
