Our stay at Bask & Stow was perfect. The room was clean, quiet, and relaxing, with comfortable bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. The location was ideal, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. While I require accessible accommodation, I was able to navigate the few timber steps and ramp with ease. Thoughtful touches, like the Byron-made Leif toiletries and locally sourced tea leaves, added a special touch to the experience. It’s clear that natural, ethical, and locally made products are a priority here, which I truly appreciated. The hot water shower and optional rain water head were fantastic! Communication with the host was excellent, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a thoughtfully curated and comfortable stay.

Stayed with my husband for 4 nights earlier this month (Jan 2025).

Our stay was absolutely faultless. The room was beautiful, the service and communication was so prompt, efficient and welcoming.

We loved the little pool and sunbed setup. Our room also had access to a private hot tub and deck which we loved.

They also provide you with beach/pool towels which was a great touch.

A very short walk into the centre of Byron but situated on a quiet residential street - perfect! Free parking for our hire car right outside also made access really easy.

Would highly recommend staying here if you're after quiet luxury in Byron Bay.

A Coastal Haven: Our Blissful Stay at Bask and Stow- Tucked away in Byron Bay, Bask and Stow is a tranquil retreat that left us feeling refreshed and recharged after our seven nights.

Thoughtful gestures like a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and local chocolates on arrival, and a delightful fruit and cheese platter before New Year’s Eve, added a personal touch.

We loved the minimalist coastal design and 1950s Palm Spring vibes. Our suite was impeccably clean and well-equipped, with a kitchenette, plush linens and a beautiful soaking tub. The private deck with hanging bamboo chairs was perfect for lazing, reading, or enjoying a peaceful siesta. We went for a swim pretty much every day in the lush plunge pool!

Conveniently located with on-site parking, the property is a short stroll from the Top Shop café, stunning beaches, and lively restaurants and bars. Exploring Byron Bay was effortless.

Manager Shelly’s warmth and attentiveness made our stay even more special. Bask and Stow’s blend of privacy, elegance, and charm makes it an unforgettable retreat. We left rejuvenated, and we can’t wait to return to this slice of paradise. Thanks guys 😊

Loved the room (almost like a small studio apt), the location and the service. It feels brand new. Loved walking to town (or the beach) every day / night. Would not hesitate to return.

We had a wonderful time at Bask and Stow. We could not have enjoyed it more - from a lovely welcome from Shelly to the freshness and lightness of the rooms, the location, the friendly relationship with Top Shop cafe up the street. Simply cool and stunning, we stumbled upon this hidden gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet within easy walking distance to the beach, cool restaurants, and stores (the Top Shop and Beach Kiosk our go-to for coffee).

The hosts are lovely, interiors minimal yet fab, we felt right at home and left restored - looking forward to our return!
