I just came back from Japan and I have to say, excellent service from Callum. There were some minor hiccups which Callum resolved in a professional manner, and this did not detract from the overall experience. I will definitely use Barrow & Bear for my next overseas adventure ?

Massive thank you to the travel agent Rebeccah who looked after me and answered all my annoying questions after hours!!! I am very thankful for her friendly, professional and caring approach and looking after me so well. I usually book my flights online, but these days with all the scams and extra costs that the "deals" always add on top - it was time to put travel organisation in trusting hands of an agent. BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!!!! I was just walking by in the mall crying my eyes out as we went through the floods and was just trying to get refunds back on insured items destroyed. I was an emotional wreck when this AWESOME LADY CAME OVER AND ASKED IF I WAS OK. OFFERED ME SOME WATER and offered my partner and I a seat at thier coffee shop.
With love we were given a free cup of coffee and a Huge chocolate muffin to share! So fresh too it was steaming.
This Beautiful lady asked me if i was ok, gave me a Hug and MADE ME HAPPY!! COMPLETELY SAFE AND LOVED. THANK YOU COFFEE SHOP BARROW AND BEAR!!! OMG please support best coffee in my whole lifetime GOD BLESS oxoxoxo

Unfortunately didn’t get the beautiful ladies names who served me, but their customer service was amazing. They always walk my takeaway food out to me with a smile. Customer service is never an easy job and these ladies should be very proud of themselves.
Best ham cheese croissant I’ve ever tasted. Fantastic coffee always here, you can tell the shots are made clean.
Cafe is always gorgeous, neat and tidy. Very nice atmosphere.

We just opened up in Off Ya Tree directly across from Barrow and Bear and couldn’t be happier having these guys across from us for incredible coffee and snacks! Our whole team loves the coffe & the service! ♡
