We had a picnic lunch there, the tables and the bbq's are clean and tidy and undercover. I went for a walk on the jetty, but I wasn't able to see through the water. There is a small playground near the lake and there is a large one across the road. The Cafe' on the corner does great cappuccino and I think next time we'll be checking out their food.

Lots of room and various play equipment. Has a few shelters and BBQs available. Well kept grass areas to play. Limited shade.

However does have lots of bird poo covering ground/play equipment from area being over run by galahs.

Great place to take the kids out to. Only a couple of let downs. The metal slides, if its hot weather they can burn the little ones so suggest wearing long pants and being really careful. If the kids are slightly wet or the slides are wet, they'll stick the whole way down. The rope bridge has a large gap at either end which needs caution depending on age. The rest of the park is marvelous and well maintained

Great little area for the kids, quality equipment, water refill station, bbqs and shaded seating. The bins were full and really smelly and sadly right next to the table, thats my only qualm. Bring the aeroguard too as the mozzie were pretty bad.
