I had the pleasure of meeting Wayne while in Oberon and I am blown away by him & the Steaks we purchased! 🥩

Wayne was extremely helpful and knowledgable when it came to the foundations of the beef and its heritage! The beef is also extremely well priced

The most impressive of all though is the amazing quality of this steak! We purchased the scotch fillet and sirloin and all I can say is WOW 🤩

Medium rare - rested and then Enjoy! Extremely flavourful and delicious!

I brought some back to the coast for my mate Richo (a red meat connoisseur) and he had this to say “You can taste the quality”

We came to Barkers butchery over the weekend whilst on a weekend away from Sydney. By far the best butchers we’ve been to. We met Wayne, the lovely owner of Barkers who knew his stuff when it came to recommendations of what to get. Top quality meat, amazing lamb leg, lamb cutlets, sausages and chicken wings. Wish we took home a box of meat to Sydney to freeze! Will definitely be coming back here again whether it’s for a weekend away or just to come and stock up on meat from Wayne!

Purchased a scotch fillet from Barkers Butchery while staying in Oberon. To say it was the best scotch fillet I have EVER had would be an understatement. The next day I went in and saw Wayne, to order some to take back to Sydney with me, hoping it would be just as good. Wayne went above and beyond for me, supplying an ice pack and packaging the meat as well. We had a BBQ with my family, and again the meat was so tender and melted in your mouth. Excellent service and I look forward to taking a trip to Oberon just to buy meat. Thanks Wayne and team.
