My agency arranged a particular apartment through Bargara Coastal Accommodation as I had stayed there previously and had a quite pleasant experience the last time around.

Unfortunately this stay was very different, while the location and apartment was great, the service was absolutely horrible.

The weekly apartment service that was agreed upon never happened and was more often every three weeks when I had to call the accommodation managers to remind them repeatedly. Furthermore, when they did service the apartment small items and products which belonged to me would go missing, which they acknowledged were taken by mistake during cleaning but never returned despite my repeated inquiries.

As mentioned, these were relatively small items but none the less should have been returned at some stage over the several weeks I stayed there.
I appreciate that this is a small accommodation service that seems to manage several properties with minimal staff but not returning items belonging to a tenant should not have been ignored for several weeks until they eventually just went away.

Will not be staying at any properties managed by Bargara Coastal Accommodation in the future and will be advising my colleagues the same.

It's a shame I can't give a 0 star rating!!!!!!!!!!!
Booked a property with them 10 months in advance AND received a confirmation of a booking for 7 Dooley St Bargara (still have the pdf).

My mobile phone mysteriously wasn't working, had to resort to calling from my land line (answered 1st time, how convenient...).

Refused to honour the booking.

The MOST DISGRACEFUL SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
