I have been a client of Barber Ind. Shellharbour over the last two+ years but as of late it's been a mixed experience. The barbers know their craft and pay close attention to detail, as always one leaves with a sharp, well-exececuted cut....
BUT the wait times are excessive as of late!! Friday lunch time, seven chairs, two staff on shift!! During the 38min wait I observed 4 guys walk up, look at the line and walk away frustrated. Locals on a lunch break looking for a quick weekend cut goes somewhere else for sure, heaps of barbers in the centre.

Additionally, the shop itself wasn't the cleanest. The floors were noticeably dirty, with hair clippings scattered around, which gave the place a less-than-ideal atmosphere. A bit more attention to cleanliness could really improve the overall experience.

The long wait times and the lack of cleanliness are drawbacks that may make me think twice about returning in the future. If you're in need of a great haircut and have the patience to deal with the wait, it could be worth it, but I’d recommend they work on improving the overall maintenance and efficiency.

They have also done away with their loyalty card...even less motivation to return! Owner has lost interest I feel,

It's not often I have nice things to say about barbers or hairdressers, but today, I was pleasantly surprised by the skill and confidence my barber had. I was super happy to see how passionate he was, I can tell he always wants to do the best job possible. Great conversationalist and a general welcoming and friendly vibe. I think I've found my new barber!

I arrived just before closing today, and although the staff was in the process of cleaning, they still took the time to accommodate me. I received a clean fade I am very satisfied with the service. I will definitely be returning.

If you like a good fade look no further than Barber Industries, Doody is a great bloke he knew exactly what I wanted. I am not a very talkative kinda guy sitting in the chair and he picked up on that and didn’t push for conversation although was talkative enough to not make things weird. A bit more pricey than other barbers but for a quick in and out style it was a great experience. Thank you fellas
