I mean it’s a buffet in an rsl, what are you expecting? It met my expectations and I ate well for under $40pp
I do not recommend any of the western food (watery bolognese/pumpkin soup or dry beef) but the Chinese food was well received! Taro balls, chicken and corn soup, bbq meats and fried bun were all hits. The Portuguese tart tasted very similar to the Costco ones…

Went to Kicken-in for lunch.
Food was great only problem was that asked for sauce on the side with the martini prawn glass and they poured all the sauce on top.

Not bad overall. The casino has a decent atmosphere, and it’s a good spot for a casual visit. While it’s not the biggest or most exciting, it’s worth checking out if you’re nearby.

I had a tremendously disappointing experience at this establishment, primarily due to the behavior of the so-called manager. While my 6-year-old son was simply spinning around the door, she chose to loudly reprimand him, despite my presence. When I addressed her, suggesting she should speak to me first instead of yelling, she escalated the situation and displayed an unprofessional attitude, demanding that we leave.

When I stood my ground because my family was still inside, she went on to rally the security staff, who then approached the restaurant where we sat, questioning whether we had paid and implying we were dishonest.

This entire ordeal was not only insulting but also distressing for my son, who was visibly shaken and in tears during the ride home. I am appalled by the management's handling of this situation and believe it reflects poorly on their establishment. I'll be sharing this experience to ensure others are aware.

A good variety of foods under one roof and a pleasant family environment. The opening and closing time could be slightly adjusted to accommodate for Bankstown area requirements.
Customer Service at the front desk was not the best as well as the service at the entrance to the Buffet.

I went there with all my family to celebrate my permanent residency in Australia. We chose “Saigon district “ to have Vietnamese food.
The food is very tasty. Staff all wearing Vietnamese traditional clothes. I have feelings that was in Vietnam.
At around 8:30pm, they turned music very loudly and most of people from the floor started dancing. Such a nice experience.
I like this place.
