This motel looks good online but absolutely filthy when going inside and I didn’t even make it to my room. I booked with booking.com months in advance and paid 2 weeks In advance plus called the motel to confirm my room, but yet when showing up they were fully booked out on a concert weekend. They would not allow me to speak to management and really done nothing but offer other hotels and say that you would have to wait for booking.com to give a refund. The receptionist did offer me a Coke which is about $4 when I paid $500 stay for 2 nights but I am so glad I’m not staying there after seeing what walked in, definitely more permanent housing. The receptionist also kept taking phone calls and serving other people before fixing their own mistakes because they do not check their online bookings. I ended up luckily getting a nice clean hotel down the road which I am so glad I didn’t have to stay at Bankstown.

Charged $200 for the night. Still saw some baby cockies. Seats were stained, in fact dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Sink was cracked. Definitely not worth what they are charging.

Awful experience overall..rooms are of the dirtiest ever seen with bugs running freely around the room and bathrooms.
We wanted a refund but they wouldn't give it to us, the manager was on holiday apparently..we just managed to change room which was a bit cleaner but still not acceptable.

Maria, the receptionist was the only positive thing about the stay since she tried to help and accomodate us but sadly didn't have the "authority" to process a refund.

We were tempted to call Higiene inspectors who should come here and hopefully close down the hotel

There was nobody on reception when I check in I couldn’t get the money back and finally drove to Canberra 3hour . I finally refunded by Booking.com . So stressful.please be careful and I don’t want anyone have these experiences.

This place should not be called a motel, is full of permanent housing and we clearly were the odd ones out coming to stay in the one room they must occasionally rent out. The room was revolting, drips of stuff all down the walls, dirt everywhere, no bedding, we had one thin sheet to sleep in. The beds were about to break, when you sat on them they collapsed. The room smelt of smoke so bad, we couldn't breathe. We felt incredibly unsafe.. Everything about this hotel was a disaster. It is also located in the middle of no where. Lights flickering, filthy room. We were too scared to touch anything. It screamed filth. The bathroom was revolting tiles looked like they were 600 years old full of grime. It also randomly had a bottle of pine o clean in the bathroom for what?! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I have no idea how they have 4 stars on google, clearly have paid for those.

you get what you pay for…location is good for Accor stadium but that’s about it. it’s in the middle of no where. we saw 3 cockroaches in our room in the 12 hour period we were there. the beds were pretty awful - one lumpy and the other one hard as a board. we booked a twin room however we only received one towel? the bathroom was also an accessible one, which we did not request and am not sure why we received. would not stay again

Disgusting it’s beyond repairable the whole building needs to be shut down. I don’t know how its still operating ! Filthy dirty no housekeeping at all…mattresses hit as well as over 30 years old. Please have human decency and clean up the whole hotel the smell also the way it looks is disgusting. I would not recommend this at all.
