I have frequented this bakery for a couple of years because their food is fabulous. I can’t help but share the fact that I’ve never had a great experience with the staff in the bakery. As of late the staff have been blunt and seem unmotivated. I like to make an effort when greeting them after spending many years in hospitality myself and knowing how hard the job can be, yet minimal response seems to make up the majority of my visits. I always consider the idea that sometimes people have hard days but this has been occurring over months. It would be really great to see the staff reflect a positive work environment when customers come in. Perhaps some professional uplifting and support may help improve the mannerisms within the workplace.

Perfect cakes for our cosy wedding for 30people. Everyone loved both the Vanilla Raspberry and Lemon Curd Cheesecake. It was so easy to order online and schedule for pick up on the day we needed the cakes. They looked stunning and and were delicious. Highly recommend!

Great piece and sweet treats here. Had the two Indian pie options veg and non veg. Both were excellent. Full of flavour. The meat was cooked really well, as were the chickpeas dal concoction. Plenty of other options to choose from plus drinks/coffee. Some seating inside but not masses and tbh more a takeaway or short sit down rather than a leisurely affair. I’d be back for more pie. My kids will be back for more brownies

Quality food and bread, no doubt.
All products are made in store and you can taste it.

While prices are at the higher end of the scale, they are justified.

For example, a pie from this store tastes like it was made with care and love. The sourdough too is rustic and has a texture that cannot be replicated in supermarkets or other lesser bakeries.

Alot of hype for not a lot of action. The pastry was great.
However I ordered beef cheese and bacon and still not sure if that's what I got, I also ordered a creamy chicken the flavor was abit absent really needed some seasoning.

It's a shame the attitudes and customer service doesn't match the range of choice and food, most of which looks pretty good. I have tried several of their pies including the gluten free options but recently I believe some of the recipes have changed adding some kind of fake meat or soy protien to their veggie roll which made it almost inedible. This along with the repeated rudeness from the girls serving has made me a very disappointed customer. If you choose to shop here, whatever you do don't ask questions about anything and don't expect basic manners.

This place is popular, so get here early so you can get what you want! The lamington was fluffy and tasty, but the lemon coconut meringue slice was simply divine... It had the best parts from a lemon meringue pie and coconut macaroon and the most amazing crust. Highly highly recommend this place.

We stop in here to get pies and their famous choc chip cookies everytime we pass by on road trips! However, when I visited today, Sunday 12th Jan, the three younger girls working were quite unwelcoming and standoffish. Hopefully they improve their customer service skills as it can be a little off putting!
