This place suxs so noisy due to lots of Asian guests on the back verandah to all hours of the night an early hours 3 am in the morning no security like it says they have an no 24 hour contact like it say it has I wouldn't tell anyone to stay in this dump I will tell people to avoid this place stuff don't care at all. So call the Police only way to get help stay clear of this place at all cost

We just needed a place to get a few hours sleep on the drive from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast. It was last minute and as we would only be staying a few hours I didn't want to pay a fortune. It was last minute and we needed a very late check in. The owners were friendly, very helpful and communicated really well. They personally checked us in at 11:45pm which was lovely. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. It was a great value stay. Yes there was a bit of noise from the main road but it didn't stop us sleeping. I am glad the negative reviews didn't stop me from booking. I would definitely stay again

Swag got drenched on the way up from Melbourne in the Ute (my bad). drove around looking for a place at around 9pm and would’ve been happy with anything at that point and not only was this place open late but it was affordable and very clean and comfortable. Aren’t many places left like this but travellers appreciate it!

The bedroom was well presented and seemed clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean. But other guests were scary, No wifi as advertised no pool it has been closed a while, we checked in and decided to pay a bit more for a better motel. we got a refund and went to a 3-4 star motel for only $19 more.||the host checked us in fast but he lacked customer interaction and needs to learn of customer friendless.

We booked a family room for 2 nights . Just needed somewhere inexpensive and clean to sleep and shower for the weekend as we would be spending little time in our room . Our booking confirmation stated 1 King bed and 1 bunk bed family room. Room had 2 queen beds . That wasn’t really an issue but not reflective of what confirmation said . Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Mould on the roof , dirt and hair in the corner of the shower floor . Bathroom looked like it hadn’t had a proper clean in along time . ||One bed had food under the side of it (see pretzel in photo) , evidence that the floors aren’t vacuumed thoroughly on cleaning . ||Outside of motel was old , run down and dirty . ||Pool was green and closed . ||Pretty sure room didn’t have Foxtel as stated on sign out front of motel , (room didn’t even have a clock ! )||When I went to see the office about my disappointment there was actually another customer there complaining also about the same things ! ||Person I spoke to was not apologetic or helpful in anyway. ||Booking confirmations, motel signage are not reflective of what you actually get . ||Very dissatisfied and do not recommend staying here at all.||Only reason we stayed was because we arrived close to 9pm on the first night and couldn’t afford to book elsewhere for the next night .

No blankets, no soap. Old style. Ants in shower, shower door didn't shut properly. Fridge wasn't very cold. Reception was not welcoming. Paying $130 for one person for one night, I was expecting more. Next time I'll just sleep in the car.

liked the host and didn't mind the room... however.....there were crackheads outside my window either in complex or next door awake all night!!.. didn't feel safe. i was in room 14.. don't take it or lower area of premises if offered.
also worrying about my car. My best friend was my $1 earplugs... if I had a choice again I'd sleep in my car 👎
