what a brilliant park. outstanding views and facilities spotless. wish we could have stayed longer but maybe next time. finally a park with adults who were friendly and well behaved. very close to town but on weekends shuts early so be prepared with your food and beverages. if a small jetty was there to put canoes into the river would have been perfect. rsl very friendly and staff helpful.

Arrived late after breakdown and the lady empahised and booked us in 3/4 hour after closing. Very friendly. Good ammenities. Right on the river. Shady. Highway noise nearby not to bad surprisingly. Priced fairly. Definitely stay again.

Easy to find van park with cabins, powered and non powered RV sites. Van park is right beside the Murrumbidgee River. Plenty of shady trees. A good bush kitchen, and the toilet and shower block are 1st class very modern. Glad we stayed. The town of Balranald is clean tidy and very well presented. Folk are friendly here.

Good stopover from Adelaide to Brisbane and back. Cabins are spacious, dry and warm. Good value and short walk into town for a drink or food. There is a road closeby with large road trains passing but they didn't impact our sleep at all. There is also a nice river walk from the campgrounds that follows the river.

We've camped there a few times, friendly service nice amenities and green grass an easy walk to the pub, servo and cafes. Initially the nearby truck traffic sounds a bit loud but you don't notice it after a while.

Powered site overnight. Park on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River. Plenty of cockatoos and a peaceful sunset.

Had two nights at Balranald Caravan Park lovely location on the banks of the Murrumbidgee, birdlife abounds. All grassed sites. Modern and very clean facilities and well kept gardens and surrounds. Check out the quirky frog sculptures around the grounds. Friendly staff easy check in.
