The best visitors centre i have ever been attended, in my extensive travels. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly, nothing is a trouble. The presentation ,quality and variety of product is extremely well showcased and reasonably priced . In my opinion , the Ballina Visitor centre should train Visitor Centres how Visitors Centres should be presented and run, including customer service. I have never been to Ballina previously, however it is my new favourite destination, due to attending the visitors centre. I was more than impressed with the comprehensive information visitors guide . Congratulations to all involved. NB I will be back.

This tourist info centre is fantastic. A great variety of information available and a wide selection of local souvenirs and gifts. I purchased two greeting cards which look great framed. Staff are always friendly & helpful. They produce a really great school holiday guide aswell.

The visitor centre is great, the staff are friendly and the management is amazing. Very accessible, and was easy to find with plenty of parking even with towing a caravan. Definitely recommend popping in here and picking yourself up a Ballina prawn souvenir.

The visitor centre is a must do for locals and visitors. The team provide amazing information on where to go, what to do, where to eat in the Ballina shire.
They also have a great range of products and souvenirs!

Definitely recommend popping in to see the friendly staff if your in the area!

The visitor information centre is a must visit for tourists and locals. The customer service is amazing and the range of items for sale is very good. Pop down and get your own pair of prawn socks, earrings or cute camping mugs. As a local, I will be back, great spot for cute gifts!

Very nice girl helped us and gave us some ideas what to do whilst waiting for our flight out of Ballina to Sydney.

What a great visitor centre, really friendly & helpful staff, lots of easy access info on hand, and so nice to see such a beautiful and respectful acknowledgement of country by a local elder as you enter the centre! Well done!
