All I want to do is give this place a high rating, but I cannot. I can only rate based on my experience which would completely differ if I was here to stay up late or a night on the town.. but I'm here for work.

After working 4 days straight with very little rest, and needing to be awake at dawn to drive to QLD, all I wanted was an early night in a nice accommodation. I chose this place as it was in a residential area and expected quiet.

Bass and music pumping from the accommodation, presumably from the restaurant well after sunset, on a week night.

The accommodation was genuinely beautiful, so much to offer, but don't stay here if you want an early night or have an early start... there's no sleeping.

Really disappointed that a Manor is playing loud music, on a week night. I write this just after 9pm, but who knows how much longer it'll go on for. If the owner is reading this, please, the music and heavy bass is not necessary!

Edit: still going at 9.45PM and continued for a while longer. Seriously disappointing given how lovely the venue is

We have been travelling down the east coast of Australia and came across this amazing place.
It’s a hidden gem and the best place we have stayed at.
It’s value for money and offers everything you need for an enjoyable getaway.
Amazing room with comfy bed, bath, shower, aircon and anything else you may need.
Offers a wonderful pool and a complimentary continental breakfast.
Staff a friendly and very helpful.

We stayed for just one night but wish it was longer. The Manor is a beautiful old building and has been very tastefully refurbished. The staff are very friendly, we had drinks at happy hour and also dinner there in the evening which we very much enjoyed. Highly recommended and would stay again.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Small, boutique hotel full of character, great location and wonderful friendly staff.|The rooms are like stepping back to the 40’s or 50’s, very clean and super comfy with all modern creature comforts. French doors open onto a wooden verandah where you can have room service or enjoy your own wine watching the sunsets.|Nothing was any trouble. The dining room was great and the food excellent.|Breakfast was continental but sumptuous.|Lovely garden area with a pool and walking distance to all amenities.|I would definitely stay again!|Thankyou again for a most enjoyable stay.

We had a lovely restful stay at the Ballina Manor. Our room (#10) was large and tastefully decorated, and had a privately enclosed balcony. The 4 poster king bed was large enough for 3 or 4! We appreciated the coffee machine and small fridge for our wine. We did have to manage one flight of stairs (kindly staff helped with our luggage), but the view and balcony was worth it.
The restaurant on the ground floor had been recommended to us, and we weren’t disappointed! One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time - very special!

What a beautiful nights stay at the Manor! We arrived at 8.30pm and the Restaurant and Bar stayed open to accommodate us. The service and food was AMAZING, as was the room we stayed in #7. We would highly recommend this little Gem and we will definitely be back. Thankyou!

We loved our stay at Ballina Manor Boutique Hotel. Our upgraded room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a cozy, homely feel. The owners and staff were very friendly, and the restaurant downstairs was fantastic. The continental breakfast, featuring fresh fruit and pastries, was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—we highly recommend it and will definitely return!

Comfiest beds in Ballina!! I love staying at the Manor, it is always a peaceful and lovely experience. The included breakfasts are delicious too. I can’t fault the venue, highly recommended.
