Great place for our stay in Ballina. Rooms were spotless and well set out. The wi-fi worked well and quick. Bed was comfortable. We received fresh towels every day and they also washed the dishes. Car parks are under cover and enough room to get luggage out. Good facilities BBQ, Pool, and table tennis, large grass area for kids to play. Would like to see double power points, so that lap-tops and phone chargers could be plugged in. We loved our stay here.

The place was clean and comfortable with friendly staff and well kept facilities. Rooms are looking a bit old, but more than adequate. Good water pressure in shower and covered free parking for the car. It has a nice pool and bbq area. Unfortunately the free wifi was pretty much unusable as the speed was pretty much non existent, below .5 mps. Tv was pretty small with very limited Foxtel channels. Air conditioning requires the insertion of a key to make it work but it did its job. Would have been happy with just a fan but the ceiling fan was a bit noisy, even on a medium setting. Would stay again. Good value for money.

We had a single night in Ballina to attend a funeral the next day. This is an "older style" motel but was perfectly adequate and very reasonably priced. Most rooms are well set back from the main road towards the back of the large property making it very quiet. The setting is very nice with plenty of outdoor space with a large grassed area and pool in the middle. The rooms open onto a verandah overlooking this area with chairs and picnic tables to sit out or for breakfast. The rooms were very neat and clean. The motel owners are friendly and offered to collect us from the airport and drop us back if we needed a lift. We would like to say a special thank you to the lovely Julie who provided us with a place to change after our funeral (well after we'd already checked out).

Nice and comfortable place to stay. The pool was great to use and was clean. Our bed was made everyday. Only complaint was that our vanity was tiny and was very awkward to brush our teeth and face. The A/C was directed straight to the bed which wasn't ideal either. Overall a really good experience.

Very friendly and accomodating even at the late time we arrived. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious and well equipped. We were just passing through on this occasion but I would stay here for a longer visit too. The location was quiet and the two bedroom unit really airy and roomy.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit for 3 nights. The unit was clean and tidy. Even with 5 of us it didn’t feel too overcrowded. |Great position, there is a great seafood shop across the road and a pub up the street and it’s only short drive to Coles and Woolies. |Would definitely stay again!

Spotlessly clean and very well maintained rooms and grounds. Basic facilities like a pool, barbeque area and table tennis.
Bitumen drive into the property however... if you want to get to your room it's all gravel drive-way and car parking with several large pot holes on the way, an interesting an unexpected feature.
The Toyota service centre located on the next-door property provided an early wake up on the Thursday morning we were there.
We have stayed in several motels in Ballina now, my personal experience was, to expensive for what we got.

This hotel was CLEAN, QUIET from road noise, had Cutlery, crockery, Hairdryer, kettle, micro wave, toaster, WIFI, TV, all you need and it was well priced. The lady in reception was lovely and we were so tired. Definately recommend this hotel to anyone.
