I needed to pay for my car insurance, I took a day off work as the shop only opens over the weekdays. When I went it, they said they do not take cash payment. What is the point of having a physical retail when you don't take physical payment? Besides, last time I checked, cash is still legal tender. It is discriminative to not accept cash in your store what happens when someone cannot or do not know how to use digital payment systems?
They told me to pay at an Australian Post outlet, this is what I consider asxxxle behaviour. Why do I have to go to another business to pay for the service you provide while I am already at your store? This is not excellent service.
Also, for the staff who work in these physical retails, when you no longer take physical payments, your job will be on the line sooner or later, push back if you understand.

I will be on the hunt for a more customer focused insurance company when it comes to next renewal.

Staff was incredibly kind and were happy to take the time to sit and go through my list of questions and updates.

There is a weird machine you need to pop your name into when you arrive. I was a bit peeved at first because ... well ... I was the only customer there. But a quick query revealed that the staff also do phone stuff. So even though might not look busy, they still have other customers as well. So be a bit patient, they're not slacking off.

Excellent service when I got into trouble when my key broke and car would not start. With three ladies in my car after a night Choir practice - non who had our membership numbers with us our Choir leader did and phoned on my behalf - she spoke to a lovely gentleman and told him the story and then past the phone to me = RACV arrived very shortly after and in about 10 minutes the problem was solved - thank you for your very quick response and we all got home safely. Thank you RACV.

It was very unprofessional with worker's yelling out to eat other from across the room and forgetting passwords to get into programs that i need to access. I eventually got what I wanted but all-round a weird experience .
