Neil and his gang, were absolutely wonderful. Their workmanship was impeccable. They picked up issues others missed in their quotes. They also listened to all my concerns. Our house had been fully renovated inside prior to our purchase so I was worried about cracks and damage. But there were no cracks or damage done through the whole process.
Pricing was compatible with other quotes.
Could not fault anything in our dealings.

Neil and his team have just completed foundation works for us. We had multiple contractors look at the job and there was no one even close to Neil and his team. They are experts in their field and their knowledge and expertise are far above anyone else we spoke to. When Neil looked at the job he explained everything to us and showed us where the house had sunk, by how much and thoroughly explained how he would rectify this. The job was completed in a timely manner with utmost professionalism. The team were friendly and Neil is just a down-to-earth and good natured person. As my husband would say "he is a ripper bloke". Neil and his team are absolute professionals, very reasonably priced and thorough in stabilising our foundation on a sloped block. My brick house was badly subsiding and cracking. As a single female owner I wanted to know it was fixed properly. An engineer inspected and advised to choose the company that said unless they fixed the underfloor footings as well as the parameter footings, I'd be wasting my money. Of the 5 businesses who looked at the house, Neil was the ONLY one who said the same and was prepared to get under the house. It was a small additional cost compared to the other quotes but crucial. Neil's team spent days under the house in cramped conditions and they dug way down to bedrock on the parameter footings. In winter! Highly professional and committed.
