Great venue, location near train station is convenient for those travelling out of town.
I was front row and had been worried about my neck but it wasn't too bad as there was enough space between the stage and the seats that I wasn't looking directly up.

Seating is flat on the floor so I don't know how this would affect visibility if far back.

Went to see Parrawung in the Sky very hard to hear what the singers were saying.
Seats very hard for sitting 2 hrs, especially my 85 yr old mum.
But the show was ok , lucky on the wall they had projected Text, because you couldn't understand what was being sung you could sort of understand the story.
Hopefully all the hundreds of kids could follow the story, but most around us looked very confused, very well behaved school kids
Somthing different.

Great venue, its the staff that let it down. Asking us to leave 10 mins after the show to apparently to clean up. Not sure what needed cleaning up, the room was empty.Even a male security came into the female toilets to lock up. There are nice ways to clear people, they choose the rude way.

Had some issues getting tickets online and Spoke with an amazing lady Named Nikki and she went absolutely out of her way to help, we got it sorted and I’m stoked. Keep up the Great work ? - The show was amazing ?

Would not recommend. Although the venue is gorgeous, customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen.

Staff were not helpful when I was asking why I was moved to the upper balcony upon arrival, and when asking for a refund after booking a General Admission to a show (where I was not placed in GA), they said that they couldn’t fix my problem or give me a refund.

Great Civic Hall, ideal size, where just about every seat is a good seat ie one can clearly see the entire stage.

Went to visit an antique fair there. Not a big town hall but ceiling is pretty impressive.
