A huge thanks to the amazing chefs for preparing such wonderful meals that our guests absolutely loved. Special thanks to Hannah, who consistently checked on us throughout the day and ensured that all our needs were met with such care and attention.

We had our wedding at Ballara on 15 March 2025. We wanted the more relaxed feel of an outdoor wedding and the grounds at Ballara were absolutely perfect with beautiful gardens, cushions and rugs for guests to sit on and outdoor games. The food was amazing & there was plenty of it. The staff were outstanding. They were so genuinely happy and excited for us and made an extra effort to ensure that we had a magnificent celebration. The staff were also very accommodating when planning the wedding and making sure everything was in order. It was the perfect way to start our married life together!

The team at Ballara were amazing leading up to my wedding day and the entire day. They were so accomodating, communication was excellent and made the wedding planning experience much easier, and everything was coordinated and organised perfectly!
The food was amazing, my guests are still talking about the food and the amazing garden and how beautiful the venue is.
Thank you to Popy especially, for managing our function smoothly, she was very organised and lovely to work with.

The venue offers the perfect variety of options for your ceremony, with both an indoor chapel and beautiful outdoor garden spaces to choose from. There are also numerous picturesque spots for photos, ensuring that every moment is captured beautifully. The spacious dancefloor allows guests to let loose and enjoy the celebration. Poppy and the team are always a joy to work with, making the entire event run smoothly and stress-free.

The venue is gorgeous. It provided us with plenty photo opportunities and it looks absolutely amazing on photos. It's located in a really convenient place too, making it easier for our family and friends to travel. We had our lovely wedding here and we love the support provided by the staff. Special thanks to our function manager Jane. She's really nice, kind, professional and makes things run smoothly. The food is also delicious. All our guests love the food, especially the children who came along with their parents. They really enjoyed their time here. We'd definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Where do we start. Ballara is a truly beautiful place to choose as a wedding venue. We had Loretta run our day and she did an amazing job, along with all the staff. The endless backdrop for our photos were phenomenal, the food was divine and everything run like clock work with no stress. We couldn't have asked for a better day!
