The team at Bali Family Villas were brilliant to deal with. This was a very special but secretive trip organised by myself for 5 couples to celebrate a surprise 50th for my husband. The communication was excellent throughout. Additionally, all the assistance and recommendations from cakes, to decorations, bar staff and the Birthday dinner provided by the team was above and beyond including the Babi Guling. The Villa could use some "TLC" but we loved the space and the pool was the best. Not sure what can be done about the mosquitos. The Villa manager was also excellent and very responsive to any of our requests.

We booked our villa stay in Bali through Emily and the team at Bali Family Villas and could not recommend them more! Communication was always great right up until our stay and they made the process super easy! Will be using them again for our next trip to BalI!

Our family of 9 adults and 1 infant stayed at Villa Casa Brio for 8 nights in June 2024.

Emily, Justin, Christo, Devi, and the two Mades (and the wider team) looked after us so beautifully that we didn't want to leave. Every need was catered for in the tranquil sanctuary that was Casa Brio.

Although Seminyak is a busy and noisy area, once behind the villa walls we relaxed, swam, enjoyed sumptuous breakfasts and dinners, had cocktails and Bintangs :). The team also arranged all our amenities (groceries, alcohol, laundry) and activities - yoga, massage, motorbikes, cultural outings - and the extras required for a 6 month old including calling a doctor onsite when he needed medical attention.

They learned all our names very quickly, even my identical twins were impressed that they could tell them apart.

We would without hesitation recommend Bali Family Villas for their high standards, attentiveness, and care of us. Can't wait to go back.

Great experience from the team at Bali Family Villas, they really know how to look after families. Great recommendations for villas and the service provide is amazing. Little things such as toys for the kids, stair gates, high chairs, and car seats. All of it was there when we arrived. Defiently will use them again!

Emily and the team at Bali Family Villas provide an amazing service for families looking to stay at Villas in Bali. We have used them now multiple times and they making everything very easy from the Villa to pool fences and other requests.

The Bali Family Villas team were fantastic to liaise with. We were a big group with a lot of queries and they always responded quickly. They went out of their way to make sure we were looked after during our stay. Everything was perfect, and the villa was incredible. We had a fabulous holiday with our large family and we couldn't be happier with Bali Family Villas. Our choice of accommodation was perfect for our large group. Everything worked well from the initial booking right through to our departure from the villa. The airport transfers and car seats were really appreciated as was the organising and coordination of the pool fence, toys and welcome gift. The beautiful staff at the villa were amazing. We can't wait to book our next family holiday with Bali Family Villas.

Bali Family Villas were phenomenal! They made our holiday to Bali so easy, which was essential travelling with 3 young children. They were able to help us organise everything - airport transfers with car seats, travel cots, high chairs, recommendations for nannies, in-house chef, organising a pool fence...it was seamless! Staff at the villa were also so accommodating. Would 100% use them again for a Bali holiday. It was so stress-free. Thank you!
