I can't recommend Balgowlah Dental Clinic highly enough! From the moment you walk in, the staff are absolutely amazing – so friendly, welcoming, and professional. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. A special shout-out to Dr. Sahar, who is simply fantastic. She has a wonderful chair-side manner and a way of making even the most anxious patient (like me!) feel relaxed. Dr. Sahar explains everything clearly and makes going to the dentist a genuinely nice experience. Get yourself to Balgowlah Dental Clinic! Attentive, professional care, practical advice and service with a smile. I’ve happily made the (short) trip over the Spit, switching dentists from the Neutral Bay / Cremorne area. Thrilled with my first visit and experience with Sahar, Joey and the entire team!

Overall it's way over priced compared to the other nearby dentists. My child had a regular check up. Not only they gave us quote that was later turned out to be much higher pricing and advised not necessary by other dentists. Also during the check up, wobbly tooth was removed- I was advised to do so without information of the extra cost involved. I was shocked by the bill at the end. I talked to a few other friends who went there initially and decided not to go back at the end with similar experiences unfortunately.

And later, the marketing staff said I'm reviewing the wrong dentist to remove all lower star review.

I have been for only my first appointment but was impressed by their professionalism, technology, passion and thoroughness. Delightful staff and Dr Shang has excellent patient manner and explained everything with visual examples of my dental situation. Very impressive, instructive and a pleasant experience all round.

The best dentist clinic I’ve ever been to! Today I had the best experience with Laura and Michael. They were kind, thoughtful and very experienced! Their work was very thorough and effective plus they have amazing equipment that makes it an easy and painless experience. I think we may of had too many laughs during my visit but that was my fault. I look forward to seeing you again during my next visit. If I could give you a higher review I would!

FANTASTIC experience with Dr Michael and the team today. He addressed all of my concerns and talked me through everything he was doing and why, giving me options and offering tips and additional insights behind my areas of concern. Amazing service from start to finish. Cannot rate the clinic highly enough. So pleased to have found a wonderful local dentist.
