I don’t understand the negative reviews that are showing up on this business.

I’ve been with Baldico for 8 years now. Not only have these guys been professional in all their work but their service has been top notch.

Deliveries are always correct and on time, on the odd occasion when items are out of stock we are notified and told when it would be coming back into stock.

I generally deal with either Karel or Jana, Karel is always available for any issues that arise and always happy to have a chat. Jana is always providing us with new products to try out and her customer service is Phenomenal!! both of them do everything in their power to make sure we are always looked after.

I’m sure there are many people behind the scenes that make this business so successful!

My cafe is in the Supacenta in Moore Park, it’s called Double Shot Food and Coffee, I’m more than happy to discuss this review with anyone!!

I would recommend this business to anyone in the industry. The sales reps are the best there are, while they are very nice and are pleasant to speak with, its is their work which i judge them by. The quality of their stock is great, I use their Riverina Milk in my coffee shop and the customers love it and the baristas who work with it love the milk. Jana with whom I deal with is on top of all the products stocked and is always willing to bring a sample of any new products. I give Baldico a 5 out of 5 for their product and their service, the fact that they are easy to deal with is just a bonus. They have the easiest ordering system out of all of my suppliers, its easy, efficient and I have a copy of what I have ordered for my staff to double check when it comes in. My shop is Cafe M at 14/5 Potter Street Waterloo, and I am happy for anyone to come to my shop and speak to me about this review.

Do not recommend this company or their mother company 'Reilly and Sons'.

Company ignores you when you want to speak to them (they over charged us) and when you get a hold of them they are incompetent, rude and unprofessional, especially dealing with the accounts person Mac Hanslik, he shows no care for what he does, does not take feedback well.

Delivery driver constantly leaves stock smack bang in the middle of the doorway creating a hazard which resulted in an injury to staff member causing medical bills, Baldico has been constantly told yet stock arrives at the same position.

Till this day, issue still hasn't been resolved, they over charged us

i have been using this company from when they first started . they are like family helping me grow my multiple business up to now. their knowledge and understanding of the industry is second to none and nothing is a problem for them and can be sorted out that day if a issue may rise . their initiative with products and weekly specials helps us alot in finding what works in hospitality and what needs to be worked on our end . thanks baldico for all your support and patience .
